I explained the situation, said I needed same day delivery, and that I just wanted it to be a medium sized, happy bouquet. It didn't have to have any specific flowers in it. (Which usually makes for a cheaper price because Florist's choice uses whatever they have available) The girl on the phone asked me to look at a specific bouquet on their website, and I said it was very pretty, but I didn't need that bouquet as I wanted to stay within my price point of $45. She said she understood, explained it would be an extra $15 for same day delivery. My mother received the flowers, and although beautiful, she said, "I hope you didn't A lot of money on this because it is very small and not much in it". She sent me the attached picture, and imagine my surprise when I saw that they charged me almost $90!! I called the florist the next day and I asked for the manager/owner to call me back. I had a nice conversation with Andy. She apologized for the absolute communication breakdown with her employee, and refunded $25. Normally a situation like this would get one star from me, But the way that the owner handled it, calmly while taking responsibility, warranted some respect. The flowers delivered were pretty, but certainly not $90 pretty. I would use this florist again, but I would make sure they understood exactly what I wanted and I would know the total price before we hung up.

It is on a little bit of a busy street but follow your GPS brings you into this beautiful Little area with rose bushes along the side as you walk up to the second building where entrance is It is. I was greeted by two ladies I'm sorry I didn't get the second lady's name but I know McKenzie made the flower bouquet (pictured) that is just absolutely beautiful. I didn't expect that they'd have all kinds of gifts like hand creams, candles, gifts for any occasion, flowers in the showcase & plants that you can handpick and purchase. On every Friday they have five dollar bucket that McKenzie puts together when you walk right in the front door, This is a shout out to the Stetson students. I loved the floral arrangement because it included bright red flowers, and light pink flowers, and it came in a beautiful red keepsake vase. They delivered the flowers to my mom on Mother's Day, with a beautiful note, from my step father to my mother, as well.
