Her products, which she develops and cooks up herself, are all organically and sustainably sourced, and she takes care with her packaging to ensure that everything is recyclable. Her entire business ethic is very conscious - that matters to me. My only issue is that her products are fragranced. Not overwhelmingly, but I've developed a sensitivity to fragrances; nothing in my house has a fragrance and I can only use skin care products that are fragrance-free. I know it's harder to develop unfragranced products, but as soon as she does, I'll be back. I really like the way my skin felt when I when I used them, but couldn't stand the weeping and sniffing. Her treatment table is the most comfortable I've ever experienced. She piles on silky duvets and you recline like a queen in nothing but softness.
