She came by quickly, along with a bunch of samples and gave us a fair and competitive quote. She was not pushy one bit. After our initial meeting, I knew she would be our choice but I still got other quotes just be to sure. They could not compete. Lynne was able to get us scheduled in quickly, installers came to measure, and once the shades arrived they set up and appointment and installed it exactly on time. Lynne is the owner and worked with me throughout the entire process, start to finish, of picking both wall to wall carpet for 2nd story/stairs and waterproof flooring for bathrooms this past Summer '20. She answered all of my questions (and I had many!), calmed my worries about all the options and the end result makes me so very happy, not one ounce of coulda shoulda woulda! I've never given flooring much thought but after seeing endless options out there, I realize her keen eye to align the rooms existing design elements ("grey undertone in the carpet won't work well with those oak cabinets" type thing) with my flooring preferences is a HUGE reason I enjoyed working with her and will happily work with her again and again! She found product that was well priced and also ensured the bathroom planks we chose would tie in to the carpet color. We needed to have carpet taken out of the room. The men who came were polite, professional, knowledgeable and were very clean and neat in their process of ripping out the floor. Great price and quick install. Lynne was easy to work with and has a great eye. For example, I think Lynne was about the 4th bid I had gotten. When I described what we were looking for, she had actually brought the same sample that we had chosen ourselves from other companies. What a coincidence! Response time can be delayed, but she will eventually get back to you! What's more important to us is the job itself. Sonny and Mike came out to install the carpet in our new home, and their finished product was spot on. You can really tell that Sonny is passionate about his work.
