This summer due to the ridiculous humidity, we ran 2 portable air conditioners most of the time. Yesterday, I received my annual updated equalized payment statement from SJ Energy. My overall energy savings was just under $900 for the year. This year we are completing the back of the house windows, and all doors. I am confident the savings will be there again next year on our anniversary, perhaps not as significant I'm sure (although I remain hopeful), but still there. We stood there while 2 guys stood and talked about hockey , the weather, girls, and everything except coming to talk to us about our needs. When finally the monkey came to discuss how he could help us he insulted us by saying gees you 2 aren't old enough to own a house. My wife was happy somewhat that she looks young but I was just insulted. He then inturn made a comment that we should have our parents here with us cause they would be paying.
