We called Matrix, afterhours when we experienced a water leak. Geoff arrived within a half hour and contained the situation. He returned the next day with Johnnie and completed the job. The service was promp, respectful, professional and friendly. Geoff explained in detail what he was doing and what cased the leak. He also repaired a situation that was incorrectly installed by another company, after showing us exactly what was going on. They cleaned up after the job was completed and asked if there were any other plumbing problems concerning us. This is the second time we have used Matrix and would not hesitate hiring them again. read more
