Then on their last day of work they stole food from my fridge. (They were the only ones with a key) When my landlord called to complain they accused us of lying. Why would anyone lie about someone stealing food. Do not use this company if you are looking for quality or timely work. If you do use this company, lock your fridge.

We kept looking at the carpets for about 10 minutes and no one out of these two even acknowledged or asked us if they could help. They pretended as if they were the only two people there and they didn't even see us. Finally we approached the lady for help and she said "Oh two guys are on break and the one person who is here will be with you. But he might be a while as he is busy too, so please make sure you have some time to wait". Ha! I wanted to laugh at her, and tell her to go get some classes with customer service skills and multi-tasking. The guy kept looking at us and turning his face away while he was busy on the phone for a while. We waited and waited and waited and then left. I would NOT recommend this place. There is other carpet places in town like Ritchies, so better give your money to people who care for the customers and are ready to help you. Thanks
