The middle pedal on our upright Steinway was not really working (it hadn't since we could remember). Justice offered to come a second time a few days later with some special tools to fix the pedal, even though this had not been budgeted or planned. Justice was also super sweet with our teenage daughter, who was genuinely interested in watching Justice work on her piano to understand how it is done. Justice not only was fine with it, but she also patiently explain to our daughter about every step of the process. That musical connection and "intellectual" exchange made my daughter's day.
