Nicholle showed her how it was done and the bangs came out exactly how I had hoped! I thought this was a thoughtful, professional, and collaborative effort handled well by Savannah. The salon is clean and well kept. In a small strip mall right in Staples Mill with plenty of parking. The owner was quick to respond to my emails and schedule my appointment. At $38, it was one of the lowest priced haircuts I was able to find, with the highest ratings on Yelp. I'll be returning!

She arrived to her allotment with all the commotion tools already out and when she asked why, the stylist said that she needed to either get the color treatment, or she would be charged for canceling part of her scheduled services. Keeping in mind that she had not scheduled colouring services, I was incredibly surprised by this kind of reaction. While I have not had a bad experience myself (the reason for 3/5 instead of 2/5) and they color and style hair quickly and well, I won't be returning based on the duplicitous practices. I would recommend this location for color updates on a one visit at a time basis only, not creating a lasting stylist relationship.

They're finally starting to make some updates, which may be because Tony has retired. I can usually get an appointment easily. It never takes long to get in the chair, or to get the services I need. I made the mistake of getting an appointment for a trim, and was surprised when they didn't wash my hair first and cut it dry. I've never had that happen before. You actually have to ask for a shampoo, cut and blow dry, or they will just give you a cut. Prices are great, and my trims are always done well.
