Apparently, wires got crossed at their office and we had to call to get Brian Jr. out here. Not a great first impression. He knew exactly what he was doing and completed both jobs very quickly! He was professional in he is demeanor and approach to the jobs, and left the work areas cleaner than he found them. Fast forward to today. We had a mishap during another project late yesterday when we went to hang something in the wall and accidentally ran a screw through the cold water feed to the vanity in the bathroom. We had to shut off the water main to the house. I called Brian and told him we'd had a mishap and could he come over ASAP, as we had to shut off the water to the house. He cancelled a job that he had scheduled and came right over. He had the problem repaired and the water back on in 20 minutes! I can't say enough about what great plumber and person he is.
