They were able to come out the same day for a quote, and once accepted were able to start immediately. 4 hours later, the place was spotless and looked brand new. Rafael actually had to take out a spotlight to show me the imperfections in the eggshell paint where the new layer would appear shiny over the other one. He had alerted me that it would do that, however it was much less noticeable than he had said. For cost - they are very well priced. They are also extremely friendly and upfront about everything. The price he quoted me did not change, even though he noticed (and fixed) a few other things that we had not talked about. Whenever I need their services again, you can bet that I will call them first.

We wanted to get a new one sent asap so they had me purchase another one and said when the new one arrives to put the damaged one in that box and return to them. Once returned they would issue me the credit on my card. Weeks went by. I reached out and sent copy of Federal Express receipt of shipping return. It is now almost December and still no refund. You call their number and get an automated voice that doesn't allow you to speak to anyone and simply disconnects you. I emailed them again today but my guess is I will hear nothing. After this I am going to my local tv station who has a program that exposes horrible companies such as this, then to my state Attorney General to file a complaint afterwards to the BBB to file a complaint. I will not stand for being taken advantage of. HEED WARNING....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY.

We had two major issues. 1) they charged us for shipping twice bc all items were ready but one and If you break up the shipping you pay twice. That second shipping was supposed to come on a specific day and time so hired contractor to come that day and they cancelled it saying "the truck never left". They refused refund that extra shipping fee. 2) they just flat out ordered the wrong size sink. They match the sink to the vanity you chose and they just ordered the wrong which delayed the project by over a week. Basically this place doesn't care about the customer but the vanities are nice.
