I am growing my hair out for the first time and was looking for someone who was comfortable with the scissors, unlike most barbers/stylists nowadays who are more comfortable with the clippers. Manner Salon, and Angela (owner), were a breath of fresh air to my other 2 experiences from other top shops in Greater S.A. area. Angela has a great attitude and as a business owner myself I can truly appreciate what she is trying to create here in Boerne: A modern men's service with Good Ol' Texas values and attitude. The best part of the experience is that is was HONEST! So many times today's consumer is overwhelmed with the "Experience" a business offers the genuine feel disappears completely. Not here; not in her place of business! While I loved my experience with Angela I do believe I will try her other stylist as I know Angela's schedule is packed constantly. While I understand that hair grows back, the biggest issue was that once I got home and looked at it more carefully, I realized how uneven and choppy the haircut was. I did receive a refund, which I appreciate, but I would have much rather received the haircut I originally asked for. Also, not a single hair product was used during the service, which I found unusual. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected, and I would not return..!
