DON'T GO TO THESE ESTATE SALES! Rude staff. If they want people to "line up" for loading then they…read moreshould have a sign saying so. Also, it's incredibly rude to bad mouth customers IN FRONT OF THEM. I will be avoiding this company from here out. Abysmal service and rude staff. The only kind people were the loaders, who were doing all of the work AND dealing with Ron who is apparently fighting a superiority complex. Not only this, but the sweet man who helped us load (three women, two over 50 one under 25) was yelled at and told by another worker that "Ron is pissed" that he helped us load the car to get out of the way faster. Never in my life have I wanted to say bad words to someone before. In short- if you want people to line up for loading, have a sign that says so rather than yelling at customers who are practicing basic estate sale etiquette of loading. I would not support this business if I knew how awful the employees were treated.

On move in day there were roaches spotted in several places, including inside of cabinets and kitchen drawers, contaminating our silverware and dishes. When contacting maintance about this issue, they were slow to provide action and ineffective in their solution strategies. Various bugs have persisted as an issue throughout our lease. We have also experienced a flooding event and 5 major leaks in our short time here, with the flood being waking up to standing water at 6:00 a.m due to a bursted pipe. Maintenance took 5 hours to show up despite our furniture being soaked, and refused to compensate us for the extremely high utility bill we received due to 3 large dehumidifies running for several days straight and a high dry cleaning bill. The facility finally gave us a $100 credit which was appreciated but still did not cover all the money we lost attempting to fix an issue caused by their poorly kept property. The leaks occurred when our AC unit leaked in our closet soaking all of our clothing, with ineffective "fixing" each time, leading to lots of loads of laundry and high utility bills once again. Our apartment also constantly smells strongly of weed, creating an uninviting odor and icky environment. There are lots of apartments in the Southpark area that are similar if not slightly higher price that are far nicer with much more attentive staff.
