The bad: the vet mis-diagnosed a fungal skin infection as a type of alopecia that is common to dogs with my pet's particular coloration. She said there was no treatment and I'd just have to "live with it". After consultation with another vet, the infection was treated with a common anti-fungal creme and shampoo. It's almost completely cleared up now. I don't want to use a vet who mis-diagnosed what was apparently a fairly common skin ailment.

But my golden loved going but he would constantly be soaking wet when I picked him up and I finally asked him why is he wet if he's indoors and they said he plays in the dog bowls and I asked them if it was possible to redirect him from not getting wet and they told me if I wanted that then he can play by himself. I also ended up getting my dogs vaccines done by a friend who owns a boarding place in wellford and then they would not let me take my dog back because it wasn't a vet that gave it to him but I had the vaccine file and proof and though I understand their concern- how the owner handled it was so rude. Basically told me it wasn't her problem that I can't bring him anymore. Good thing he won't ever be back anyways. And to add in a grooming tip- my golden had matted ears from playing so much in the water they let him play in every day - that he was getting yeast infections. I asked them to groom his ears and they shaved his ears. SHAVED THEM. He's a golden. My heart was shattered to see them mess up his coat like that. Definitely do not recommend.

Tina's was one of the few places I found that would take care of a bird. I originally booked her for three days in July for a wedding, but the emergency required me to use her service for a total of two and a half weeks (before and after the time I already reserved). At the initial visit, I was told they bring in mail and take out trash (included), but they didn't take the trash out (for two weeks). The twenty-minute visits soon became seven-minute stops. When I asked if she could stay a few minutes to talk to my bird, the owner said that would be extra and I needed to book the thirty-minute visit. She charged to create an invoice, to come at 7am (before office hours), to come on a holiday, to run to the store for veggies (I left money to buy the veggies, this was a trip charge), and to return my keys. Then, when I requested a refund for the last shift, she said I didn't cancel the appointment in time. I notified her twice through her own portal. But that wasn't the same as saying the word "cancel", yet no one showed up for the last shift. She kept stating she was doing be a favor, squeezing me in, and maybe I should just hire a teen, but that would be sketchy. I know I won't be hiring her next time!

Wanted to love dog culture and have a place to take my girls so they could play and socialize. They…read morego to unleashed dog bar all the time and love it, never have any problems with playtime there. I dropped them off for a behavioral assessment the first time and my pit mix failed, as she has an aggressive play style. We have been working for months to teach her to play better with all dogs and have socialized her a lot more since then. I brought both of them back for another assessment, explained to them they need a little time to acclimate to the new area and new dogs. Within NINE MINUTES, they called me to come pick her up and said she failed again. There was absolutely no effort on their part to try to give her a chance and acclimate and no knowledge of how dogs interact. If they had given her at least 30 minutes even, I would have been ok with the outcome but 9 minutes isn't enough to tell anything about a dog or their behavior in a new environment. It seemed as though they had a problem with her being a pitbull and saw her as a threat. I also watched the live cam at their Greenville location and they are completely overcrowded with way too many dogs in each bay. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
