Our little girl bonded instantly with Jessica, who did her hair the entire time we lived in the area. When I first started using this groomer, FLIP MY FUR In Campobello, everything was great! I took my dog back several more times and still was very pleased. I happened to call on a day that Jennifer was off. I was unaware and unaware that she didn't conduct business on her cell. (But, somehow I had the #) and she was by far the rudest person I have ever met. After the last haircut (which I shouldn't have even taken my dog) he wasn't cut nearly as good as usual. I did ask for something a little different but didn't get it. Still, I was going to give them another try and when I called today, she very kindly told me that she thinks it would best if I took my dog somewhere else because he wasn't a good fit! And that she knew I haven't been happy with their services from the beginning. Really? That's news to me! Well, I still have text messages where I had told them how wonderful of a job they had done and Jennifer said how special of a dog he was... everything was just fine until Jennifer went all psycho on me. I know what it's REALLY about! Hope I can sleep well after treating someone so rudely!!! I will tell everyone I know how rude AND hateful you are!! read more

I found Jessica through Groupon and I am so glad I did. I met with Jessica the day before the appointment and felt so welcome. I was a nervous mom but I knew my Chloe would be in the best of hands. And she knew it too . Normally, she didn't want to be out of my sight but she went right into the grooming area and never looked back. When I picked her up she was beautiful. Her hair was so soft and smelled so good. Chloe crossed over the rainbow bridge just 2 days later. Jessica and her mom were so sweet and caring. Now they take care of my Bella and I would never want to take her anywhere else. read more
