As a former business owner myself, I fully understand that things can sometimes go off the rails--unexpected delays, miscommunications, or scheduling conflicts happen. What truly separates a good business from a great one isn't whether problems arise, but how they respond when things don't go as planned. So far, AMVet has taken the initiative to reach out and reset expectations. That counts for a lot in my book. This letter should explain everything. I sent this email almost a week ago and did not receive a response. I'm not thrilled that I paid $5,334.00 and have a drive way with an ugly patch. THE LETTER Dear AMVet, I am extremely disappointed with your driveway coating service. The finish on my driveway does not resemble any of the coated driveways I personally inspected at your previous customers' homes. The coating was applied on June 11, 2025. When it didn't look right initially, you returned and reapplied another coat in a few areas. Then, on January 21, 2026, you came back to repair a fine crack, but the repair left a visible patch across my driveway. Now, just a few months later in April, another fine line is already appearing in another area. I am not requesting another repair, as my driveway is beginning to look like a patchwork quilt. I was told the first repair was free, but any future repairs would cost $170 each. This is not right. It hasn't even been a full year since the original application, and these issues should not be occurring. You should have known that my driveway would not hold up well to your coating. I can only assume you were aware of this and chose to proceed anyway. I would appreciate a serious response to this matter.

I want to start by saying I've NEVER left a review on anything in my entire life. My wife & I were…read moreso impressed and happy with Cabinets Plus that we had to! From the moment we entered the business in Merritt Island and met Fred (Designer) we felt comfortable and appreciated. We then met Jamie (Project Manager) who was pleasant and friendly as well. Jamie came to our condo and was extremely professional and told us everything Cabinets Plus could do for us. This was an extremely pleasant experience and literally a "One stop shop". Cabinets Plus did EVERYTHING, tile flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting, demolition, moved an air vent and more! The owner, Roger was AWESOME as well. He was extremely friendly and experienced. Roger did the final inspection with us and I can't thank Cabinets Plus enough for everything they did for us! Fred, Jamie & Roger THANKS for making our experience with you beyond our expectations! We LOVE our new kitchen! Glen & Karen Decker

Ashley, Stephanie, Roger, Jamie and every crew member that came into our home was kind, polite, and extremely knowledgably. We had never done any sort of remodel and my husband and I didn't know what to expect or what to do. Everyone was very patient with us and helped us through the entire project with all of our questions, our requests, and our concerns. We had a HUGE task of kitchen cabinets, flooring throughout the house, popcorn ceiling removal, paint, bathroom vanity, toilet, baseboards, and lighting the project took 6 weeks! This included a little delay of sickness that ran through my house. We are extremely happy with how fast the project was completed. We would recommend anyone that needs a remodel whether the task is small or large to go through Cabinet Plus and Design. You will not be disappointed.

Chad and Greyson and their crew have installed everything from windows and doors to roofing and insulation, concrete, kitchen cabinets, flooring, tile work, painting and drywall jobs. I've done full remodels with them and have never had any complaints. Communication is great. Quality of craftsmanship is great. Cleanliness is great. We sincerely have no complaints! As a client what has always impressed me is Greyson and his crew come to the job and stay on the job working full days until it's done...no working you in between jobs being too spread out. That means I don't have to live in a constant state of construction which, let's face it, can get old. Also noteworthy is how they keep the construction site. They protect your floors with ram board while they work on site AND clean up sweeping floors and wiping down counters every single day! I call this a win-win! I'm getting a great remodel while not feeling like I'm living in construction! My current project in the works with Home Wreckers is adding new hurricane windows throughout the home, a new front door and a huge sliding door system that overlooks the canal. I couldn't be more excited to have this done by Home Wreckers. I absolutely know that Greyson and his crew will do another outstanding job on my new home!

We had hail damage from the storm earlier this year. They were extremely professional and kept us informed at every step of the way from when we first talked to them. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
