Alex called me and gave me an excuse that it didn't get on the truck. Then he calls me back two weeks later and confirms the color choices and so does his secretary. Why would you need to confirm if it was already packaged and missed the truck? And why weren't the colors confirmed back in January when it supposed missed the truck if you confirmed the order before packaging and shipping? I let it slide and just wrote it off to begin busy. Then the material sat in my yard for over a month. His crew came out and got the shell up in a week and did a good job dispite putting in the wrong windows. The crew left a giant mess in my yard, and bags of trash. We had spoken beforehand about me disposing of the lumber and scrap but not the trash. Then I waited another month for concrete. The crew did a terrible job. Pushed the bottom of the walls out, blew out in a couple of areas left stakes and wash out all over the place, and a huge pile of fill dirt by the door. But the worst part I paid for 6" of concrete and they poured 4" at the most. In some areas of the building it is as thin as 2". Moreover, the concrete is so far from level, the overhead door doesn't close properly, leaving a huge gap underneath the door on one end. He also tried to change me for materials I didn't get and leave without picking up and take the leftover material that I paid for. It has been two weeks since his PM came out and nothing is done. He will not return my calls or texts. I fear the next step is a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and do not use this guy.
