They were out here at 6:30am using loud power tools waking us, and probably other neighbors. I don't know what time it was but they woke me up early yesterday too. Running loud power tools in a neighborhood with young kids and working parents that are trying to sleep is inconsiderate. Please have your crews start at a time that is respectful of the people around them.

They replaced our HVAC in 2023. The man they sent to sell it to us was great. After the…read moreinstallation by techs, trouble began. Then we got a snow, and the furnace stopped working on a Saturday night. The tech who came out rewired some switches in the furnace, and said if it didn't work he wasn't coming back out, he was too tired. So I had to stay up all night restarting the furnace every 20 minutes, because it was about 10 degrees outside. A tech comes on Monday morning and says, your air intake outside is frozen, they should have checked that first. Furnace working again after he changes the switches back to the way they were. Then the smart thermostat goes out, throwing codes. Summer, 99 degrees, A/C won't run. Circuit board is replaced, the same issue keeps occurring. The next winter, furnace goes out again when it snows. I clear the outside air intake myself. Later that year, another tech, while looking at our AC, asks me who installed the air intake for the furnace, as it doesn't look correct to him. I research how it is supposed to be, and yes, Hanna installed that incorrectly too. Having dealt with Johnny, their service manager, throughout this, I call him with this information. He says, take photos of it and send them to me. I do that immediately, and never heard from him again. Had another company who sells this brand of HVAC come out, for $300 they changed the intakes to the proper construction. Had a big snow over the weekend, furnace ran great. Needless to say, the worst customer service ever. I will never deal with them again.

My new grass is now completely ruined, and my house is on the market! I was told by Penny (very rude and talked so loud the person in the office next to me could hear what she was saying) that they were hired by HOA and I would have to take it up with them, Apex would not fix it without direction from the HOA. The tech was so careful with his work he even left his cigarette lighter in my grass for my dogs to get!
