The carpet appeared to have all the stain completely out. But a day later, it came back up. Not nearly as bad, of course, but clearly visible. I am going to call them back and see if they honour their work and redo it. They also treated the rest of the apartment and spent a lot of time on specific areas... they seemed to be something of perfectionists. Recently, there was a possible defect on the new oil filter they installed (not their fault), and they promptly came to our home twice to check on the issue. Not only did they quickly figured out what was wrong, but, just to be sure they placed a brand new filter and oil again, at no cost to me. They are wonderful, and all of their workers are always very nice and friendly. Even when I ask "stupid" questions, they don't make me feel bad at all. Even if their service is a bit pricier than in other places, I don't mind paying for it, because they garantee their work! That is why I only have my Kubota serviced there.
