He had great communication and ensured I had everything I needed before coming over. He leveled the appliance, installed the anti-tip bracket, hooked up the gas line and sealant correctly then finally testing. I appreciate such an easy visit and transaction to get my appliance working. Finding someone that is thorough is reassuring and a relief to know it's done right the first time. Thank you and stay safe!

Mike showed up and exceeded expectations. I hired him to swap out a gas cooktop. After removing the…read moreold cook top he informed me the cut out was a half in to small and my granite counter top needed to be cut. My heart sank thinking this is when he was going to tell me he couldn't finish the job. What a surprise when he followed up saying that he had the tools in his truck to cut the granite and finish the job. He completed the swap without leaving a trace, cleaned up after himself and wore a mask the entire time. After finishing that job he also fixed up a loose shower handle. Highly recommend. Professional efficient and clean!

Joe agreed to do a job for me and never finished it. He was very responsive when we initially…read moretalked and I hired him to replace a toilet valve and replace bathroom flooring for my tenant. After two visits, he told me he had completed the job, and just needed to come back for a few final touches (caulking, re-install moulding) at which time I paid him. Later, I found out that the toilet wasn't actually working and when I asked him return to fix it and complete the finishing touches he stopped responding to calls or texts. I honestly don't like to leave bad reviews, and frankly just want the toilet repaired, but now I'm in a position where I have to hire someone else to do the same job.

He is great to work with and did a fantastic job on my projects that have been on my "honey do" list for over a year. Some of the projects he has completed for me include: * Hung two of my fifty-three-inch televisions. * Trouble shot and replaced my thermostat. * Installed a sump pump system in a window well that would not drain and over-flow into the house after large rain events. * Trouble shot and repaired my landscape lighting and irrigation. * Mounted storage rack to storage area ceiling. It is a relief to have finally found someone dependable, professional, and competent. My "honey do" list is finally shrinking! By the breadth of the projects completed, you can see there is nothing that Trevor cannot do. He exceeded my expectations with his precision and attention to detail. Thank you, Trevor; and remember, I will need you back as soon as possible.
