A few days ago Toby tells me that he cannot back credit my account now because it's not a "Peak" and that I would have to call deerfield Nebraska (WHICH IS NOW CLOSED) PERMANENTLY. So that I could fix my membership. I would never recommend this gym, not ever. Zumba was fun and most of the people were cordial. Facility locker rooms always stayed clean. Kind of a tight fit for the influx of people since gym is located close to a college campus.

If you need to borrow gloves and have no idea (like me) how to rap them get to class about 15 minutes early and someone will help you! The workout starts with about 15 min of intense 'warm ups' with exercises like lunges, sprints and jump rope. The bulk of the class you'll be hitting that bag with instruction. Sometimes it's hard to hear the instructor so try to get a bag close to him/her. Finale 10 minutes are ab intensive. You'll leave needing a shower!

That was about 2 months ago and still no report. I have called them 3 different times and was told it will be done soon. I have e-mailed them numerous times with no response. I am going to contact my visa and report this company as fraud. I heard about this company on the Heidi Saint John podcast. I thought it was a reputable company. Obviously it is not.
