It was so long ago I figured I'll just pay again and end this. Then I get more calls telling me I had to cancel in person. So I did when I was off. Then I got a call from them just before the lockdown saying I owed them a yearly maintenance fee. Really bro? I haven't been there in OVER 2 YEARS! Just came on to write this review bc a friend I convinced to sign up with me just messaged me after he canceled his account in October (including a confirmation email) but had his account sent into an overdraft, after they started CHARGING HIM AGAIN in March AND another maintenance fee! Who wants to wait an hour or two to use a sauna? I've been given a bunch of excuses but it really hasn't been consistent or corrected. If you pay for a services you expect the service to be available or compensated because it wasn't. Nope, nothing. Not even acknowledged. Go elsewhere.
