Paid for a full detail with a leather conditioner a week and a half ago. My front windshield was never touched and the mats were never cleaned or removed because they didn't vacuum under the mats either. Got in and first thing I saw was stains on my dashboard. Still have scuff marks on my interior doors too. Will not be returning for any services! Now I have to finish the job I PAID for that wasn't done. Do not recommend!!!! read more

In preparation to sell my car about a month ago, I decided to have a "full service" done at Flex Car Wash on North Avenue. It was a convenient location for me to use. I paid $68.53 for the "full" service. They did a terrible job. Parts of my car looked like they were never washed, it appeared that they missed the grill completely and the tires and wheels were dirty. The "light vacuuming" missed a bunch of leaves. Part of the service was "tire dressing." The crew applied tire dressing over the dirty tires. I contacted the management via email and never received a response. I would summarize my experience at Flex Car Wash as "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Fool me twice will not happen, because I'll never use Flex Car Wash again. I paid over $60 for the full service wash with a request to clean the inside. They didn't clean any of the interior windows. I am currently filing fraud charges as I specifically took it there to have the inside cleaned. They will not refund my money, nor come to my house and re-clean it. I have no time to go there to redo it so now I am filing fraud charges with my credit card company. read more

Stopped on a whim as my car was especially dirty and years ago had good experience, under different ownership (?). The cleaning this time was poor, for example they handed me hand wipes and two mystery plastic "tools" for the dash, the only hands on. The worst part is they are trying to tell me that I signed up for 6 months of car washes and are upset they can't get my card charged. I think this is a lousy, incompetent, shyster business. I brought my car to FSCW for detailing. I was expected to pre-pay for the service, which included exterior wash, interior carpet shampoo, leather seat cleaning and shampoo, pet hair removal, deep cleaning of plastic surfaces, hand-finished tires and rims, all for $210.95. When I went to pick up the car, it was barely vacuumed, the carpets were not shampooed, there was still pet hair on all the carpeted surfaces, the doors were dirty, the floor mats were not clean (including the trunk liner), and the windows were dirty. They said they would "touch it up." I always figure that anyone can make a mistake, so I patiently waited in their parking lot for one hour while they did additional services. When they brought the car back to me, the carpets were still not shampooed, there was debris under both front seats, there was still pet hair on the carpets, and the windows and door edges were still dirty. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager (he informed me he was the Regional Manager, his employee referred to him as the VP) came up and informed me that he could not give me a refund nor return my money, because they "guarantee their work." He told me I could come back tomorrow or stay late tonight and they would complete the job. I explained that I could not stay late tonight, that I had already stayed for an hour longer than I should have, and that I was due to return the car (it is a lease) to the dealer first thing tomorrow morning - which is why I was having it detailed in the first place. He said he could not discount the work nor give me a refund, that if he did, "It would come out of my own pocket." He said he could give me a gift card. He didn't ask me what amount made sense to me, nor offer a sincere apology. He just kept saying, "well, all we can do is guarantee our work. I'm sorry if my offer doesn't work for you."  He also tried to pawn it off on his employees saying, "car washing is an entry level job. We're basically teaching people how to work here." I told him that it would be one thing if the work was just haphazard, but that judging from the debris I had just pulled out from under the seat, the work wasn't even DONE. His response: "It looked pretty good to me, but I didn't look under the seats." I paid $210.95 for a car wash I could have gotten for $14.95 and a gift card I will not ever use because of the low quality of their work and their service. Honestly, if he had managed to act sincere when he apologized, not talked over me when I tried to explain my concerns, and not made a lot of excuses, I probably wouldn't even be posting this complaint. But I am really offended by the poor service combined with the terrible quality. And who can waste $210 these days?? read more

I live 25 miles from your operation in West Bend, and when I stopped there in Nov of this year somehow they ended up charging my credit card a monthly fee, which I would have never approved at all. I went there today to try and get the mistake taken care of. The manager got angry right away and walked away from my vehicle and would not give me a carwash. Which I already paid for the month of Dec. I retired from the International Business World, and none of my employee's would have ever gotten away with treating a customer like that. I will never support, or do business with FSCW again, and I will make sure all my friends and neighbors will know how I was treated. Borrowed a friends car and wanted to wash it and get the inside cleaned before I returned it on my way to the airport. Paid 100 bucks for what I thought was a full service car wash to include cleaning all the surfaces on the inside and washing all the mats. I rushed out of there only to discover after I left that they have not even done the back end of the SUV. Asked for a refund by phone, they declined saying we have a clean car guarantee. but I'm leaving town in 30 minutes and so I guess I was screwed. Basically paid 100 bucks for an exterior wash for a simple SUV. I will dispute the charge but my advice is avoid this place. Very poor work. I'm sure they having labor difficulties like everybody so that has to be some of it. read more

Absolutely terrible and I paid almost $300 today. Said it would take 3 hours and was called back in a little over an hour and was told it was finished . They broke knobs off of my car and put deep scratches in the rubber mat. I am extremely upset and will never be going back read more

Zero rating. $25.00 car wash. Did the interior vacuum and inside windows, dash etc myself at their facility. Paid for $25.00 ceramic wash. Sat in car and they are supposed to wipe the car down when done. The kid sprayed some stuff on the hood and sides. Have me the thumbs up the car was done. I got out of the car and had to grab a rag and wipe the car myself. The rag was completely dirty when I got done. I called the kid over and asked what he spayed on the car. He said some quick wax substance. He never removed it from half my hood! Trim, back hatch, mirrors, bottom of windshield and rocker panels were all still dirty. Went back inside after I was done and asked for the manager. Young kid who took my money came over. I told him what was going on and he said nothing. Got in my car and left. I then called main office and they asked if I wanted to talk to the West Bend manager, a woman. The kid led me to believe he was the Manager. Manager came on and didn't even listen to my whole story as she proceeded to tell me what takes place there. She said new air dryers installed so the hand drying of the past is not needed. My whole car was covered in water as I dried it myself and removed the extensive dirt left on the car. Then she proceeded to call me a liar that they DO NOT spray anything on the car when it comes out of the car wash. She doesn't even know what is going on in her facility. She then said we have a big sign that says if you are not happy with the wash, you let us know. I did and the fake manager did nothing!!!! For $25.00 I can get 4 washes at Kwik Trip that are better! Thought these guys were better than that especially since their business is washing cars! Never going back! read more

Just wanted a basic car wash and I was left with yellow water spots on my van. I just wanted the blowers to dry my van not the people with the towels. The blowers only lasted 15 secs and left my van soaked. I came home and had to wipe off the yellow dye water marks they put in there rinse agent. I will never go back! read more

I do not want to even give them one star, but that is a required field! MY RATING IS NO STARS. We had been patronizing this car wash since it became a Full Service Car Wash quite some time ago. Over the last several years the quality of their work has decreased dramatically. At one point a while back I spoke with someone who said they have trouble finding good help. I said I have always had my car detailed once each year but would have to rethink if I would bring it back there. There was no reaction on his part. I was astounded. I have recently made it a point to go to other car washes, but on Friday, 9/20/19 I wanted to get my car wash and went there. They have recently changed their mode of operation like collecting the credit card prior to entering the car wash and vacuuming at the end of the car wash. Although the prices remain close to the same as before, everything is broke down, 'a la carte.' Exterior services being one price and interior services being an additional price. I bought the 'Better' car wash with the full interior option. The car came through horrible. I said something and the person drying the car worked on some spots and walked away. A young girl came to finish. I asked her do the interior rear window. The young girl left and came back with a young lady who identified herself as the manager. She volunteered she had been there since January of 2019. Quite honestly she started arguing with me that doing the interior window would cost me more. She obviously did not know the whole story and didn't care to listen. I told her I paid for the interior service. She kept saying it cost more. They have a big sign that says 'Do not leave until you are satisfied.' I said the car looks horrible, do it over or refund my purchase. She walked away and another manager who was a lot more civil came and asked what the problem was. We talked and in short he said "we will make it right, don't worry" and he walked away. Figuring he was going to go get someone, my wife and I stood there for 15 minutes. He never came back. We finally left with our car full of bugs, the interior windows in worse shape than before the wash, the dashboard full of dust and fingerprints and the appearance the car had never been vacuumed. PLEASE NOTE: Here is my advice, keep right on driving and find a yourself a different car wash. From driving by, it has been a while since I have seen a line of cars waiting to be washed like I used to. I guess the logical assumption is their business is not what it once was. It sounded like I would be getting a good car wash with the $17.00 "Better" wash. The choices are, "Good," "Better," and "Best."I was shocked when they were finishd with my car in 10 minutes! I was their last customer of the day and maybe they just wanted to go home because they left a lot of dirt on the outside paint that I was able to scrape off 20 minutes later with my fingernail (so they couldn't have even tried to get it off). Also, They didn't wipe off any of the dashboard. They did vacuum the floors in the seating area, but I found trash (3 pieces) on the floor that they didn't pick up. My cup holders were not wiped out and all the dirt around the base shifter stem was still there. It looked like they just ran it through the machine, dried it off and washed the windows with the curserie vacuuming. The wash was yesterday. Today, I opened the back cargo area and it was still dirty--no vaccuming and the top of the bumper was still filthy. They itemize every detail in the different levels of wash, so maybe the cargo area was not included, but for $17, I think they should have done a better outside wash and wiped down the inside(especially in the drivers seat). I didn't look it over when I left because they were closing and I didn't want to hold them up. I will look elsewhere for my next car wash! I WILL NOT GO BACK AGAIN. read more

What a waste of money! I would think that people who are detailing cars would pay attention to detail, but I was wrong. My significant other and I spent 15 minutes with their towels, wiping up smears and random things that they missed. My floor mats were rinsed, not wiped dry. So when they air dried, everything had watermarks and dirt still on them. I started driving my vehicle, and as soon as I pulled out of the place onto the street, I noticed my windshield was just full of smears! They took everything out of the vehicle, but didn't protect it. I had papers that were completely soaked, my children's car seats were wet and even had dirt on them. They were brand new! We even found one of our son's mitten thrown by the wall just soaked in water. If we didn't notice these things on the floor, we would have lost them forever. The seats weren't moved and vacuumed under. My radio screen was full of watermarks, like someone sprayed it and forgot to wipe clean. There were also stains in the upholstery that wasn't even attempted to clean. The things I'm most disappointed about is when we addressed these issues, they had endless excuses or unreasonable explanations, not apologetic.. at all!! Poor customer service!!
