My boyfriend ordered for over $350.00 36 long stemmed roses , a stuffed animal and full sized card on line and this is the florist who filled the order. I received only 30 roses and no stuffed animal and no full sized card. The roses are different sizes as well as different colors and they're already starting to darken on the edges and they were delivered to me less than 24 hours ago. The vase is full of ugly greenery. That's even hanging over the edges. When I called the florist this morning and when my boyfriend called, they would not accept responsibility for this. They were blaming the online order company however they are the ones that filled the order And designed this arrangement and it is totally unacceptable. When I spoke to them, their response to me was rude and seemed very argumentative and then I was hung up on after they said happy Valentine's Day. I would not recommend this florist to anybody based on the quality of the flowers I received The sloppiness of the arrangement and the rudeness and poor Customer Service. If I could give ZERO stars I would. She should not be in customer service with the attitude she has towards customers. She completely messed up my sister's wedding flowers starting with the fact that she FORGOT THE DAY OF THE WEDDING. I picked up what she had ready 30 minutes before the ceremony and the rest were late causing us to start the ceremony late. She kept giving excuses. It was not what my sister wanted and she would not refund the money. After ARGUING for over an hour she said she MIGHT be able to do $200 because she had to cover the cost of the flowers which was unacceptable for the price my sister paid and what she got. Wilted brown falling apart flowers, and the corsages and boutonnieres broke. And then claiming my sister was unhappy about her day and took it out on her. Absolutely disgusting woman to do business with and I highly suggest taking your business elsewhere. She had one job and she messed It up by not even remembering a wedding! Fleur Du Jour tried twice to deliver flowers to our home. When we arrived home to find the Tried to Deliver card attached to the door we immediately called to ask if we needed to pick them up ourselves. The flowers were delivered immediately after the phone call. And the flowers were BEAUTIFUL. I will be using this florist in the future for sure. read more

I ordered an arrangement in a $75.00 price range. with taxes and delivery it was over $90.00. at that price point one expects a decent size arrangement with quality flowers, not roses that are already as open as they can get and will be dead in 2 days. the container I ordered was not the one delivered. I could have gone to the local supermarket and done better than this so called professional! it's a reach to give this florist one star. read more

I received a flower delivery from Fleur Du Jour for Mother's Day. None of the lilies were open and it took several days for them to open. The stems on the greens were too short for them to get water and they were dropping a day after delivery. Only one of the roses looked nice. This was the most disappointing arrangement I've ever received. read more

Full disclosure: I have not yet ordered from Fleur Du Jour. However, I have recently attended 2 events that featured floral arrangements from F.D.J. and they were absolutely gorgeous. The hosts of each event complemented the owner's responsiveness and creativity. One also mentioned that their prices are very good. Hope to have a reason to order flowers some time soon. Ordered flowers from TN for my daughter who now lives in Leominster, MA. Chose the "Florist's Choice Daily Deal" since the web site said it would be the best since all other products may not be available. I am not totally impressed with their selection. The flowers look sad and the arrangement seems pretty sparse. I send her flowers often but I think I will keep trying other shops until I find one to use all the time. read more

My brother had just passed away and I got to the flowers at the last min on a Saturday and the funeral was Monday morning. Fleur Du Jour asked me what kind of flowers I wanted for the funeral. I had no clue! They suggested roses for a man, a bouquet on each end and one on the casket. I went with that. I have to say it was very beautiful and perfect. If I could give a zero I would. My daughter sent me flowers and a balloon from this florists. When she came over to see the arrangement she was so disappointed because she had paid $100. The arrangement was extremely small and the message she requested was incorrect. I couldn't believe she had paid that much. It looked like a $40 arrangement. The balloon lasted 4 days and the flowers started to die after 3 days. She called the florists to let thevowner know of her disappointment. As a Leominster resident she wanted to support a local business and one would think the owner would try to rectify the problem. Nothing was offered. I needed flowers for a funeral and chose this florist by looking online. I spoke with the owner and explained that I wanted a really nice flower arrangement that would be coming from a group of people. We discussed the flowers and prices and agreed on a price of $200.00. When we arrived at the church and saw our arrangement we were extremely disappointed. It was the skimpiest looking floral arrangement there. I spoke with some of my friends who had also sent flowers and they had paid far less for far nicer arrangements. I was going to let it go but every time I thought about what we had paid and what we had received I became angrier. I understand the constraints of COVID but these flowers were very sad looking and definitely not worth $200. I called and spoke with the owner, expressed my disappointment and told her how we just felt that the flowers were very sparse. She said she was sorry but felt that it must be a matter of individual perception and she stood by her work. Well she may stand by her work but certainly not in the interest of her customers. She said she didn't know what she could do about it. I remained courteous but told her that I would not use her services again and would not recommend her business.
