On my 3rd attempt, I was able to speak with her, and she claimed she'd been too busy to return my calls. I spoke with her about scheduling a consultation with my daughter. She agreed to meet with me at a specified date/time, and my daughter arranged to take off work early for the appt. When we were a few minutes away from the appt., I telephoned to let the florist know we were just a couple of minutes away (a few minutes early). I was informed by the person answering the phone that the consultant had a 'very long day' and decided to go home early. He said they would have called us to cancel, but didn't have our name or phone number (even though I'd left it with them 3 times). If this site allowed me to give them zero stars (instead of one) for service, I would have. They obviously do not want business, or they would not have behaved in this manner. I'd say steer clear of them if you want a florist who is dependable.
