I was informed by the person answering the phone that the consultant had a 'very long day' and decided to go home early. He said they would have called us to cancel, but didn't have our name or phone number (even though I'd left it with them 3 times). If this site allowed me to give them zero stars (instead of one) for service, I would have. They obviously do not want business, or they would not have behaved in this manner.
