When I approached the counter, one barista spent a long time arranging a food order, while another was busy restocking coins in the cash register. Even though they could clearly see me and another customer standing right in front of the counter, neither of them acknowledged or greeted any of us. After standing there in silence for quite a while, I eventually gave up and didn't bother placing an order. At that point, a vending machine might have been a better option--it would've at least been more responsive.

The soup was luke warm and tasted awful and the quiche was like a rubber display. It was definitely not money well spent. This is no longer a favorite place to visit.

On my 3rd attempt, I was able to speak with her, and she claimed she'd been too busy to return my calls. I spoke with her about scheduling a consultation with my daughter. She agreed to meet with me at a specified date/time, and my daughter arranged to take off work early for the appt. When we were a few minutes away from the appt., I telephoned to let the florist know we were just a couple of minutes away (a few minutes early). I was informed by the person answering the phone that the consultant had a 'very long day' and decided to go home early. He said they would have called us to cancel, but didn't have our name or phone number (even though I'd left it with them 3 times). If this site allowed me to give them zero stars (instead of one) for service, I would have. They obviously do not want business, or they would not have behaved in this manner. I'd say steer clear of them if you want a florist who is dependable.
