From the time I accepted their bid to install was about 2 weeks. It took them about 4.5 hours to completely install everything. Work asked for install chandelier, change 4 recessed lights to modern recessed lights, install outlet outside to light trees and install 220v outlet in the kitchen. I spoke with 4 companies in addition to Top Flight Electric. Top Flight was multiple thousands more than the other quotes received. Top Flight sends 3 estimates, the "Piece of Mind" most expensive estimate was extremely laughable because the they may as well be re-wiring my entire 4k sqft house and the neighbors house. Absolutely would not recommend.

We had a plan with Duke Energy and they sent Big B. Big B arrived quickly. The electrician, Bill, was friendly and professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and proceeded to fix it.
