We did everything short of sending out morse codes, faxed distress letters, and telegrams via Pony Express. Desperation setting in... Then, we call Cardarelli Plumbing and Heating of Quincy. Joseph answers. He tells us he doesn't do window AC units but knows a handyman named Richard who might be able to help. Joe also says he'll call Rich immediately when we hang up...
