Pete injected expanding urethane foam into the crack with a pressure hose attached to the tube. Having several cracks this took several hours. I called them for a hydro-jetting job (roots removed before without issue) turned into them breaking my pipe, getting the jet stuck, cutting the hose, and leaving the jet in the broken pipe. I was then invoiced with a multi-paragraph disclaimer describing the damage they caused, with my signature under it -- language that was not on prior invoices. They had camera-scoped the line and noted no issues beforehand. I do understand there could have been preexisting issues and tried to contact them to resolve. The company will not respond or attempt to resolve. Very disappointing and very dishonest.
