Our driver seemed surprised we wanted to put our bags in the boot, and left us to close it. Before leaving we checked about the card and he told us he had no card machine, that we would have to pay in the office. He then took us to the wrong place, seemingly unaware of where a major, well-known hotel near their office was located. He then went in the wrong direction again and did not seem to consider that it was his responsibility to know where to go. We had to guide him at the end. When we arrived he left us to get our bags out of the boot ourselves.

A good thing is that my phonecalls are nearly always answered quickly - and politely. They always seem to have cars to send quickly unless its last thing on friday/sat. The cars always come on time, if not, only a few minutes late. its a small local car service so we always give give then a little slack....so overall very pleased, 4/5 stars.

Reached my destination, and he threatened me if i dont pay the extra he wanted. He was about to assault me and luckily neighbours came out. Rang the coppers, and he was removed from my property. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! (unless you want to be overcharged, threatened and assaulted)

You can trust your driver to be there, the car to be nice, and to be treated with care no matter what time of the morning or ungodly hour it is. I have used this car to transport Nan home after a days outing and to ensure I made the 6 AM flight to Florence. The drivers are always polite, don't smoke or play loud music. Our driver folds Nan's wheelchair up into the boot for her. This is a great cab company.

The website seems very professional, so you book ... you then receive no information regarding…read morewhere the car will meet you, or make/model/registration. I arrived and had to telephone them to ask what was going on - various excuses of traffic, then breaking down, then getting my destination wrong, the terminal I was at wrong etc. etc. They repeatedly refused to tell me where to meet the car, just 'he will call you when he is in car park ' .... which one?! As a woman alone I do not roam car parks or get in to cars I do not have the details of. After 35 minutes of waiting, being hung up on etc. they eventually said they wouldn't pick me up at all because apparently trying to find out basic details that any normal taxi company provides you with, is rude. They also 'don't do refunds' because 'nobody does nowadays'. I telephoned a local reliable service and got home, and I will be pursuing my refund with full force. I would absolutely never book with these people again - they are a poor minicab firm, if that, masquerading as a professional company.
