They did what they could but told me to contact a dermatologist for further treatment and diagnosis. After multiple offices told me I'd have to wait weeks to months, Renu Dermatology was able to get me in the same week. Dr. Nguyen performed a punch biopsy on my skin, thoroughly explained the lab results to me, and provided the proper treatment. I also got treated here for my eczema. He prescribed medication that gave me the clearest skin I've seen in YEARS. I was finally able to wear clothes I couldn't wear before due to insecurity about my skin's appearance. I eventually ran out of the medication, so my eczema has been gradually returning. I plan on scheduling another appointment. I previously went to my primary care doctor for help with my eczema, but I always felt rushed, had to wait a long time despite having an appointment, the staff weren't very knowledgeable, were rude, the treatment was ineffective, and I was referred to a dermatologist with poor reviews. It ruined my view of seeking dermatologic care until I found Renu Dermatology. Dr. Nguyen and Nurse Vanessa are amazing. Nurse Vanessa was always in the room during my appointments, which made me feel more comfortable. They take their time with appointments, are gentle, listen carefully, and explain things thoroughly. They're punctual as well--I never experienced long wait times here. The office is located in the Martin Luther Medical Plaza with plenty of parking. Many of the offices look similar, so make sure to read the signs carefully.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. When I called they did tell me the original doctor both of my friends recommended is not longer there. He's since retired. So this may explain my next part. On the phone u was quoted 120/140. For the visit and if I choose to have a service the upfront appt fee would be applied to my overall services. When I arrived it was a misunderstanding. Apparently the office visit for my service (Skin tag Removal) was separate. The credit applies to Botox and other such injections. ‍. My service including my consultation was about 300. They said they would bill my insurance for the office visit and I would pay 185. Out of pocket. Post service and the removal of the skin tags I did not receive a followup call to see how I was doing. No instructions, I just looked everything up on the web. Today 3 weeks post- I received a bill from their back office in the amount of 748. With a remaining balance of 31.46 for me to pay. This is a complete misrepresentation of cost I was never told the service we be in the area of. 700.. when I called the office they just referred me back to the billing service. This is what makes the cost of insurance so expensive. Over billing!!! No i wouldn't recommend this business.

I had an abnormal pap last year wit the old insurance and was advised I can recheck in 6months if I wanted to. I scheduled a visit through the appointment line. Did the pre check in and arrived early. It was a nice office and split the lobby area with pediatrics right across from woman's health. Staff was friendly and helpful. I got brought into a room quickly. I saw Dr. Willner in the hall as I entered my room. She was very friendly and said good morning as I passed by. Dr. Willner Is energetic, young and passionate about what she does. She provided me some education on my abnormal pap and there was no need to re check too soon. However, I could if I wished to during my visit. I opted to do so. The pap was very pleasant and not uncomfortable. I have some intermittent pains in the pelvic area which she provided me with information about. Everything felt normal upon her exam. I also had questions about heavy period flow which she prescribed some medications for if I wished to take it. I also found out I will be due for my first mammogram this year as I hit the big 40. Yikes, what a milestone. I am very happy to have Dr. Willner as my new OB. She is knowledgable, friendly and compassionate. Highly recommended!

What makes this even more heartbreaking is that this happened right before a major event in my life--an occasion I had been looking forward to for months. Instead of feeling confident and excited, I was forced to hide, avoid photos, and deal with overwhelming embarrassment, anxiety, and trauma over the condition of my face. The emotional impact has been just as damaging as the physical injuries. I placed my trust in this clinic and expected trained professionals who would prioritize patient safety and understand how to properly treat clients with different skin types. Instead, I have been left with a painful and prolonged recovery process that has affected my confidence, mental well-being, and daily life. To their credit, they are currently attempting to treat the hyperpigmentation that resulted from the procedure with hydroquinone and tretinoin. However, it is incredibly frustrating to need corrective treatments for a problem that I believe should never have happened in the first place. I went in seeking cosmetic improvement, not months of recovery and additional interventions to address the damage. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that despite the severity of what I experienced and the ongoing costs, stress, and emotional suffering, I was not offered a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right financially has been almost as painful as the injuries themselves. No cosmetic procedure intended to enhance your confidence should leave you dealing with weeks of pain, discoloration, emotional trauma, and uncertainty about whether your skin will ever fully recover.
