I've done my makeup twice since our lesson and now that I know the correct methods and products, I am loving the process and results! I talked to Diem, the owner and she suggested a combo of micro shading and a technique of Nano brows. She booked me with Natali who's an expert with this technique. It's give my brows a natural looked. Natali started mapping my brows with the natural shape of what I already have but give my brows length, definition and additional "hairs" where I was missing. She's was precise and efficient with her technique. Afterward, Natali and I discussed on how to care for the brows for the next two weeks for it to heal and what I should expect. They never have time for Groupon customers and always come up with excuses--spring break, not enough staff, etc. They rarely pick up the phone; I had to leave voicemails and only got a call back the next day. Customer service is 0/10. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and the whole setup feels shady. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
