Messaged them on Instagram 1/16 and got an auto response on 1/18 to go on their website and fill out a contact form... 1/21 i get another email asking for a questionnaire to now be filled out..... talk about stalling a process I was simply wanting to know prices and availability and it seems like it's one obstacle after another. This company has been a large hassle to get a simple inquiry answered, helping brides get their special day planned especially when the wedding in within a year, seems to be far from a priority of there's. Allison was an amazing hair stylist for my wedding day. Although we had a beautiful trial run I decided days before the wedding that I wanted to go for a different look and Allison was understanding and kind to that idea and rocked it out. Teanna and Brittany were amazing hair stylist for my wedding day. I had 8 bridesmaids plus myself and each one of us looked great. Brittany did my hair for my wedding and she was truly wonderful. For my trial I showed her a few different pictures I had liked, each one being completely different. Brittany was able to work with me and offer advise of what she thought would work best and did the perfect updo. When it came to the wedding day Teanna and Brittany were fantastic. Kayla is very knowledgeable about makeup, which is great because I know nothing. The makeup trial was great because I wasn't sure what I wanted. I had two looks done, and chose my favorite. The day off makeup looked even better than the trial and none of it smudged. Also, they make it look like you're actually wearing makeup, but it's not over the top. The bridesmaids also looked great.
