Hands down The Best Nutritionist I have ever had!!!…read more I've worked with tons of nutritionists over the years, but none have come close to the experience I've had with Christopher Fuzzy. He's truly one in a million. Unlike many others who rush you through the basics, Christopher takes his time to really understand your unique needs. He analyzed my Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) and designed a fully personalized plan that actually works for me. His Lifestyle Counseling Program is something out of this world -- it's not just a plan, it's an education in how to fuel your body correctly for life. He doesn't just hand you a cookie-cutter diet. Instead, he teaches you how to build your own meal plans based on your calories and macronutrients, and even provides a shopping list tailored to the best foods for your goals. And get this -- he gives you eating-out guidelines so you can still enjoy life without guilt or guesswork. This isn't a diet. This is a sustainable lifestyle change -- and I'm never going back to the old way. Be prepared: you're going to want more than just 1 or 2 consultations. Christopher gives you so much valuable information -- from understanding food labels to mastering portion sizes -- it's worth every minute. Thank you, Christopher, for your professionalism, your passion, and the genuine care you show your clients. It's clear that helping people is what you were born to do. Thank you from Rodolfo Cordova

Each session was a different focus which I liked because it eased me into changing my habits and the sessions weren't boring. He's very understanding but also expects you to take his sessions seriously. He really gears his sessions to you specifically. He knew I was going to be getting bariatric surgery, which has dietary restrictions post surgery, and I have PCOS. Chris worked around those obstacles to help create a plan that would help me now and in the future. In the six months, I lost 30 pounds with light cardio and without changing my diet too drastically. I never felt I was being deprived of food and I learned to eat smarter.

I had a truly life changing experience working with Michele from Essence Nutrition, and I don't use…read morethose words lightly. What's important to note is that I actually had very good nutrition going into my work with Michele. Before I started working with her, I was already maintaining a very healthy diet- cooking all of my own meals, lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, lean proteins, little to no added sugar in my diet, etc... However, Michele took my nutrition from great to exceptional. I sought nutritional advice for two main reasons: weight management and recovery from ulcers in my GI tract that I have been dealing with for about three years now. Due to issues with ulcers, I had previously been instructed by doctors to go on liquid diets for weeks on end, and have had consistent weeks and months where I was barely able to eat anything due to pain. This caused my metabolism to slow a substantial amount, and started causing me a lot of weight gain when I was able to eat normally and healthily again. After just a couple weeks of working with Michele, she had already taught me so many great techniques and information that I started seeing significant positive change in regards to how I was feeling each day. Michele's simple changes to my diet caused something to happen that I never even thought possible- my ulcerative colitis symptoms went from mild to practically non existent. The intense cramping and pain I used to feel at the end of each day disappeared if I followed the diet as instructed. I was never able to reach these kinds of results, even with the strongest of medication over the span of three years. This dramatically positively impacted my quality of living, which has led to better mood, better sleep, better workouts, and better mental health. The Essence Nutrition system is a great example of getting out of something what you put into it. If you take the advice and recommendations seriously and take the time to input the pictures and descriptions into the "Healthie" app, then you will really benefit from some qualified and thoughtful input from your nutrition expert. I could not be happier with my experience of working with Michele and Essence Nutrition and I can't recommend them enough to anyone who is looking to improve their nutrition, health, and overall quality of living! -Tressa

It is a small office with several rooms dedicated to different types of testing, which makes the experience feel focused and efficient. Both Victoria and Nick were great. Victoria helped me with my DEXA scan, and Nick guided me through my RMR analysis. They were kind, professional, and very genuine in how they explained everything. The information can feel like a lot to take in, but they walk you through your results, give helpful guidance, and provide access to their app along with their contact information in case you have questions later. I also really appreciated how quick and efficient everything was. By the time I left, my results had already been emailed to me, and I was given printed copies as well. They offer individual testing options or bundled packages for better pricing. I am excited to have these metrics as they give me a clearer picture of my overall health and wellness. I highly recommend this for anyone serious about reaching their fitness and health goals.
