Jon was able to give us a step-by-step guide through the whole process. He did not ever push us to make any decisions (you can't find this with other jewelers) and gave us plenty of time to think through and genuinely wanted us to make the decisions that was best for us. He kept in good communication through everything and never missed a single detail. He was able to always answer my questions and reassure my worries and made sure we were comfortable and confident in our final choice of diamond and setting. Talking about selling a piece of jewelry when you're in need is a delicate matter. Even embarrassing to admit you need the money. Other "We buy gold" shops leave you with a demeaning of morale. I used to get the same scripted answer from other places: "How much do you want for this?" You name your price and they practically laugh at you and tell you you're not being reasonable. So they offer half of your asking price. Upon further inspection, they say they have to call their [ non-existent manager ] for approval. Then come back to say that they can only buy your piece for 1/3rd or less. They pick at any reason to make you believe your piece is nearly worthless. They tell you that you're getting a great deal. When you are not. Irene is kind, straight forward and upfront. No judgment or belittling. Either the shop can buy it or not. Irene has often redirected me to other shops who bought my items. Good ethics is good business.

They designed and made a pendant for me from diamonds that I already had (hard to see the detail from the photo) and my mother-in-law had them designed and make a ring from a bunch of loose diamonds that turned out stunning!
