I was 15 minutes late as I had written 930 on my calendar but it started at 9. My bad. I was welcomed in and given a quick catch up. I practice yoga at another studio so I was sort of prepared. I was by far the oldest student and that's ok. I'm giving a five star rating based on the whole student vibe. The young ladies were happy and had a lot of fun. That's important and to be respected. The class is geared for all levels and enabled all to achieve really pretty poses utilizing the hammock swing trapeze strap set up. We all got pictures to admire of ourselves looking graceful and strong. If I had any suggestions, it would be to turn off the music as the cuing was hard ( for me) to hear. Also, I wished the hammock could've been a little lower as it was a bit high for me to get one leg up into it and stand. The owner Julie was very kind and focuses a lot on gratitude and giving back which I really loved. I loved that the classes were smaller and more intimate so that you could actually receive direction if needed and that you were not feeling cramped. I just think that there is a lot going on at this studio and the website can be confusing at times. Overall, a great studio and owner and highly recommend for pilates and yoga!

Today is actually my 3rd anniversary at The Human Form so what better time to finally write a…read morereview? The short story is HF changed my life. I'm nearly 61 and stronger and healthier than I've ever been. They helped me lose 70 lbs which was cool when I got to walk my daughter down the aisle at her wedding feeling good about myself and not worrying about the pictures to follow. It was even cooler when nearly 3 years later I held my granddaughter in my arms and felt confident I would be healthy and active and functional as she grew up. Enough about me. The concept of small group personal training flat out works. Never more than 5 people to coach so you get personal attention. You also get inspired, pushed, and motivated by the other folks. Worried about your age or your fitness level? Don't be. They make it work. The workouts are varied so you never get bored. Have or had some injuries? Don't worry about it. The coaches will modify anything so you stay healthy (or get better) and still provide you a challenging workout. By the way, I could do a separate review just on how good all the coaches are. Finally I will tell you that I assumed a high level of expertise from the coaches. What I didn't expect was to make friends and feel part of a community like I have and do. The studios are small so it makes for a very intimate experience which makes a musical even better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We are excited to see something there again

My partner grabbed us tickets to see Tom Popa and when he told me it was the Riffe Center, I had to look it up. Parking was easy and used the Riffe Center Parking Garage at 78 South Front Street. It's a smaller garage so we lucked out but my back up was going to be the Ohio Statehouse Underground Parking Garage. Check in was easy and plenty of staff and ushers on hand. Seats were comfortable and nice legged room. I was completely impressed. Located downtown Columbus, the (Jo Ann) Davidson Theatre is part of The Riffe Center Theatre Complex. It is on the third floor of the Vern Riffe Center for Government and the Arts (named after Vernal G. Riffe, Jr.) at 77 S. High Street.
