I am picky about my cars, I dont take them through drive through washes and they have cermaic coating on them. I was able to get an appointment within a few days for both of my Range Rovers and I felt the pricing was competitive. They made us write a letter for the problem, apparently they need 'corporate office' to send the video. I don't really buy that they need corporate office to examine and send them pics of their web cam. The wash itself was mediocre and it costed me way more than what it should. What about the damage caused to the existing shell ? They sent a photo but that's not good enough, I am still waiting for the video. The video will show the cover flying out of my car as I exit.
