If you want real coffee in Gimli, this is the place! Don't come here if you're a TH or Bucks drinker. If you're used to drinking dirty dish water, you won't appreciate good coffee like the ones made here. Seasonal specials and locally roasted bagged coffee for sale. This is a great little gem in cottage country. read more

We stayed in Gimli for about a week, and came here every day for coffee, pastries, and a book or laptop in tow. Chad, the owner, was super friendly and gave us some tips on where to go while we were here. Even drew a little map for us to help us get there. :) The sticky buns that were delivered (by his mother, who owns Sugar Me Cookie Boutique Bakery just down the street, and where you should try some traditional Icelandic "vinarterta" cake) while we were having coffee were fresh and delicious. The interior decor was lovely (the pussy willows in vases were cute!) and the atmosphere was pleasant. We'd be regulars if we lived in Gimli. read more

Flatland coffee roasters was a nice break during our afternoon stroll in Gimli. The Americano I ordered was a bit on the bitter side but still OK to drink. The cafe needs a bit of a decorator's touch as the ambiance is a bit bare. All in all it was a nice place to grab some legal stimulants and be on our way. read more

Great coffee...Great service...great business. Love this place! Being new to the area as a "camper ", felt at home here and received many a great cappuccino , along with tips about the area. All this's and supporting a locally owned small business. read more

Walked in for a coffee. I had a latte, my friend had a brewed. Both of us were really impressed with our coffees. Great taste, latte foam was nice presentation. Friendly service, nice clean industrial-style atmosphere. Would be nice if they had something other than to go cups. Pretty first-world complaint if you ask me. read more

Fantastic shop! The coffee is top notch and only the quality you'd expect from a shop in a large center. It's on par with some of the best coffee joints in Manhattan, NY. Flatland is one of my favorite places for coffee. It is owner operated and the coffee beans are from a local roastery. You can tell the owner takes pride in his craft. read more

The Chai Latte wasn't very sweet, I felt it needed more sugar the first time I went there. The second time I showed up with a new pal and he ordered the Chai Latte and bought me a Hibiscus lemonade plus a Peanut Butter Chocolate brownie. It wasn't super sweet. It had a more vegan ingredient flavour to it but I liked it anyways. The cashier lady was nice to us. The lemonade was very tasty. I did not see any kombucha drinks when I was there even though Google shows pictures of it in their fridge drinks shelf.
