Even though one tooth practically fell out. But since they did 6 in total they charged for another HOUR of time. Our dog is only 13 pounds. ANOTHER HOUR FOR PULLING TWO MORE TEETH. $200.00 DEPOSIT Over $1200.00 additional later. No wonder this clinic has a reputation for overcharging.

I had to call when I arrived and wait in my car until someone came out to get us. Masks required. What a refreshing attitude from a business in a town that prides itself on its anti-vaccine anti-mask attitudes. This business put its customers safety ahead of local public opinion. Once in. My wait time was very short. The vet thoroughly examined my doggie, showing kindness and compassion for the scared doggie, gently handles her, finished up and sent me on my way with the anitibiotics. The office staff was friendly (and masked up - yeah!), the waiting room and examine rooms were clean and clean smelling. Everything seemed to run smoothly in the office environment. Took him in at he appointed time and ended up having to wait 55 minutes!!! in the exam room. No one came in to say sorry for the wait, nothing. I understand that there may have been a sick puppy, but it is just common deceny and respect to let your client and patient know what is going on. When we left, the waiting room was like a crazy house, dogs everywhere. I'm astounded that veterinarians (especially a new facility) don't have bigger, better waiting rooms. I'm done!

We aren't from this area but we're traveling through with our 10 year old GSP. I had just taken her to our home vet ( who's been our vet for 20 years). Our dog had been limping on and off for months. Our vet diagnosed with arthritis and joint issues as she's very active. We called on a Friday and were told to come in on Monday and there's try to get us seen. We were hoping for an x-Ray as this was still concerning. They some how fit us in immediately on Monday and took a scan. Dr. Beach asked if we'd been to AZ. In the last little while. Yes. Dr. Beach somehow suggested it may be "Valley Fever". Labs were taken, and the results showed SHE DID. This was so amazing! Rather than anti-inflammatories we actually needed anti-fungal. Besides the fact that this was such a somewhat fixable issue, I have the clinics STAFF was so kind AT every turn. We are strangers and out of towners. The vet and office staff were seriously, so helpful to all our requests (for lab results, calls regarding pharmacy back home, copies of x-rays). All of the many times we called or had questions, everything was pushed through immediately and done in such a professionally and considerate way! It was so nice. Thank you from my bottom of my heart to this clinic and Vet for everything. The price was also more reasonable than our home vet. Just can't recommend them enough!! And a huge thanks to them!! My English Bulldog is the light of my life, and so her safety and wellbeing are at the top of my priorities. Bulldogs are very high maintenance with their skin and dietary requirements, but she is no challenge for this Spa! Chonky gets the princess treatment every time, and is so happy and proud of herself when she's squeaky clean and well groomed. Megan goes out of her way to accommodate us, and even came to our rescue when Nala cut her face on some fencing, and our vet couldn't see us for a few days. She's truly a treasure in our lives and in the Flathead Valley. I'm thankful that Nala is friendly to everyone, but Megan walked me through her procedures for aggressive animals and it's hands down incredible.
