Great experience with Rob's team on my last transaction. He was able to negotiate the terms the buyer needed and close before school started. He was always proactive with communication, good or bad. Having a workaround to keep closing date an option. read more

He knows all the ins and outs of buying and selling. He got us in touch with His contractors that gave us excellent prices on paint carpet etc...all around Rob is a great guy and I truly believe he is someone you would want to represent you. We will definitely be calling him when we are ready to buy again. Thank you Rob! read more

Rob is the best Real Estate broker I have worked with. He is professional, experience, knowledgeable, ethic and patient. On the process of selling our house, he followed up every detail from day one, started MLS, accepted offers, removed contingencies until closed escrow , he did not missed one single step. This is our first time of selling, he kept us informed on every piece of selling procedures, disclosures and communicated to the buyers. We are almost worry free for the entire transaction even our transaction had some uncertainty to overcome, Rob handled flawlessly. Not to mention his discount on commission, his service even exceeded the other full commission agents provided, you cannot ask for more. I highly recommend Rob's service and I will continue to work with him on my next real estate transaction. read more

Rob provided all of the services of a good realtor AND he went beyond that. He helped me with the staging, he kept me apprised at every turn about what the market was doing and things we should consider. With any potential buyer he was in touch with their agent and getting feedback on the client's thoughts and considerations. He responded IMMEDIATELY when texted, emailed or called him. His fees were excellent, 3.75%. Reach me through Rob if you've got specific questions. Bryan read more

Seeing results is believing. As a long time, former CPA, I was skeptical of using a flat fee real estate service. It never occurred to me and I wasn't sure I wanted to understand it or dig into the fine print where the devil is usually in detail. I approached the sale of our beautiful condo in Camel thinking "For Sale by Owner" would do the trick with open houses held by me. Most neighbors and comparative buyers came by. Once on the MLS via a small flat fee to FlatFeeGuru, the interest dramatically increased. I was advised by FlatFeeGuru that most homes using their service sell within a relatively short time depending on the market conditions, etc. Considering post-Thanksgiving and the Christmas holidays we had a relatively compressed offer and acceptance period. The firm arrange for transactional processing for a small fee paid directly to another service provider who prepared all documents using DocuSign. In the end, we sold the condo for our upfront fixed sales costs excluding buyer agent commission as I was the selling agent representing myself. No additional charges of any kind were paid to FlatFeeGuru or the transactional processor. There is more to the story as one of the two owners of FlatFeeGuru was so helpful in walking me through the nature and purpose of the standard California Real Estate Forms. This walk through gave me confidence to take on the new way of selling property. Would I use FlatFeeGuru again?-absolutely. Jim Carmel, CA read more

Rob Rose is the hardest working realtor I've met. He helped us purchase and sell several homes over the past 14 years. He has great advice on timing, marketing, real estate trends, and values. When purchasing homes he puts together a package that will close the deal for the best possible price, and when selling, he gets the most out of his listings. Rob's deep understanding of real estate and experience is obvious by the respect other agents give him when negotiating. Ethical, professional, and passionate describe Rob best. read more

I met Rob many years ago (late 1990's) at an open house while I was searching for my first home. He exceeded my expectations in handling the purchase of my first home...and has continued to do so. 3 sales/purchases later, I continue to be impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, committment and relationship skills. I've told Rob this before, he is the only real estate agent that I will do business with in the Tri Valley area. I wish I could give him 6 stars! read more

Rob is fantastic to work with. I'm a lender with Wells Fargo so I have worked with him on the financial side of many transactions. He's professional, knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and really cares about the customer. No matter what, he follows up to make sure everything is being handled and the loan will close on time. I would definitely recommend Rob to any potential buyer or someone listing their home. read more

Rob's "THE AGENT" you need by your side, when buying and selling real estate, and also for other aspects surrounding any real estate transaction. I found Rob very knowledgeable about the localities he does business in. Rob goes the extra mile to ensure that he is on top of the entire transaction throughout the process. Real estate transactions tend to get "less than desirable" and stressful, but with Rob on your side, your sanity is guaranteed. I found Rob very ethical and trustworthy. He is always ready to provide advice/suggestions without being overpowering - considering his extensive experience and understanding of the business, it is more than likely that he knows better than you and I do. Above all, Rob is pleasant and a great guy to interact with. Rob helped me sell our house and is currently helping me with the purchase of our next home. I am very happy that Rob and I connected and did business together. I know for sure that I will do business with Rob any time in the future AND YOU SHOULD TOO! I highly recommend Rob Rose. read more

Rob is knowledgeable, helpful and very quick. We were selling a home and with his advice we were able to get it out on the market and receive multiple offers within the first week of showing. We recommend that you listen to what he has to say as he has been on target for any item or point he brings up. Whether by phone, email, or text, he will get back to with answers and advice. We trust him 100%. It took only four weeks from opening to closing and a great price. We could not have asked for better results than that. read more

Long overdue review for the best realtor with whom I've ever worked (encompassing buying and selling transactions in CA, NV, and ID). Rob is a consummate professional. We interviewed several realtors to help us sell our house(s) in the SF East Bay as we prepared to move to New England in June/2015. Selling is much less fun, in general, than buying a house. It was clear to us after our interviewing process that Rob is committed to getting the best possible result without the drama or overbearing personality that some realtors bring to the transaction. (One of the candidates wanted to show us his "80-point marketing plan"! In a seller's market, I think having vacuum marks in the carpet is probably sufficient... and another realtor -- diva is more like it -- was insistent that staging was a non-negotiable necessity.) Rob's fees are reasonable, his demeanor is calm and cool and personable, and above all capable. Rob delivered the results we wanted in the timeframe we hoped for during a very stressful time, i.e. preparing to move across country. Rob exceeded our expectations, and I will forever be grateful for his kind stewardship and unflappable professionalism. If you need realtor representation anywhere in the San Francisco East Bay area, then you will be doing yourself a favor by hiring Rob Rose. And no, I am not related to him, and yes, you'd be welcome to contact me for any further questions you might have, fellow Yelpers. read more

Rob was referred by a family friend of ours and we're definitely happy we went with him. We needed an agent to help us sell our condo and purchase a new home in a very short amount of time. Rob not only pulled it off, but walked us through the entire way. He's was proactive in finding buyers and knew the right people to connect with which got our home an offer in just one weekend (now sold)! He's very thorough and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Not to mention he's an awesome guy to talk to. We highly recommend going with Rob for both selling and buying a home! read more

I had the pleasure of working with Rob Rose on the recent sale of my home and I can't say enough about Rob's professionalism. He set and applied an outstanding strategy, provided timely and thorough communication, and demonstrated the highest ethical standard. He is a tireless worker and not only did he deliver on his commitment, he over delivered on my expectations. Without question, I would hire Rob again to sell my home or buy another. read more

THE best real estate agent in the Tri Valley area! I have worked with Rob Rose on the purchase of two homes in the last 10 years. I couldn't ask for a better, more honest, and knowledgeable person to help me through the hoops one must jump through while buying a home. But there is more to buying a home than just the paperwork, although that is a challenge. Rob was instrumental in guiding me to the best areas for my budget because he keeps in mind the resale values and wants to get the most desirable location that you can afford. When I sold my home on Pleasanton I was lucky enough to have multiple offers and sorting through all that chaos was so easy with Rob's guidance. Basically he handled all of it. One of the other benefits of having Rob Rose handle your purchase or sale is that he knows so many people in the housing business that he virtually solved every issue that arose for me. From recommending contractors, to cleaning crews. Rob Rose is the go to man for every aspect of buying or selling a home. There isn't anyone else I would trust like I trust Rob Rose Real Estate!! read more

My entire family deals with Rob professionally. He is one of the most dedicated and hardworking people I have ever met. Over the years he has basically become a trusted advisor to my sister and her husband, my parents, two of my uncles and, most recently, myself. Rob consistently goes above and beyond for his friends and his clients. Last year I permanently moved back to California after many years away. I approached Rob about wanting to purchase a home and, without hesitation, Rob offered to help. Long story short, Rob offered to sell me one of his own properties that he had purchased and was planning to put back on the market. There is no doubt that he could have made tens of thousands of dollars in profit from its sale but, instead, decided to forego those profits and offer the property to me, basically at cost. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal possible in my market and that I could live in the most optimal location for my job, my family, and my friends. Rob certainly can't do that for everyone, but the point I'm trying to make is that Rob is a great person and I have personally seen him and his family go out of their way for others in whatever way they could on numerous occasions. I have already highly recommended that my closest friends who are in the market talk to Rob, and I definitely recommend that you do the same. You wont regret it. read more

My wife and I just finished purchasing our first home using Rob Rose as our agent and I couldn't be more impressed by his services. His level of professionalism and personal touch was far beyond our expectations. Rob was referred to us by my closest friend whose entire family has been represented by Rob for many years. He took the time to truly get to know us and our needs and we have happily moved into our house on time and on budget. I would recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Bay Area. I can truly say that I happy to have met Rob and I plan on having a long term professional relationship with him and his team. read more

I have bought and sold a lot of houses over the years, so I have some pretty strong opinions about realtors. Some have been great and some have been less-than-great, but I can say that Rob is one of the best realtors I have dealt with. He was able to provide the service that I needed efficiently and without a lot of drama. His level-headed demeanor and can-do attitude were largely responsible for making the sale of my home go as smoothly as it did. He is knowledgeable about the market and has decades of experience in the Tri-Valley area. On top of that, he charges a very fair price for his professional services. Rob was recommended to me by a friend and I would gladly recommend Rob to my friends in the future. read more

Rob sold my first home and found the second one for me. He always answered my questions, promptly returned my phone calls, and consistently followed through on commitments and appointments. He was able to negotiate through a series of difficult personalities, liens, and quality issues with the second home purchase and get me in at a price well within my budget. When the buyer of the first home made unreasonable demands, Rob brought things back into perspective and closed the deal. Fast forward ten years and Rob was the first realtor I turned to when it was my time to leave the area. He gave me great advise on prepping the home, what work was worth doing and what to leave as-is. He arranged a crew to do the final cleaning, handled the open houses, and within a week had the property sold at a price over asking, all in what was then a down market for sellers, and all while I was out of town. Rob has continued to offer his advise over the years even though I'm out of the area. I only wish he handled the market I'm in now! read more
