As far as the good-natured employees, Arango, who appears to be the main Foreman of the nursery has always been in good spirits and extremely helpful in helping me search and load up my truck/car with the best they have to offer from there vast fields. I'm sorry Mike H. had such a problem with his trees. My experience has been totally the opposite. My family and I went their last summer; kids had fun and the guys helping you were nice. The problem is that they will tell you everything is good and healthy and they will load your truck up and tell you everything you want to hear before you get a chance to realize your mistake. The problem is that I do not know about trees. The guys will tell you how good the trees are and no matter what they will not tell you that the tree will die or any other problem. They have a one-year guarantee but when I came back days later to ask why my FIVE $200.00 tree roots were only a few inches long and why all the old branches were cut off so that only new growth would appear and why the bark was falling off. All my trees had damage under the bark, you will not see until they all die. I received a look from the owner that scared me and he let me know to drop it, no refund. Now after 13 months all my trees are dying. I could not get a refund. This was not my first purchase from this place. The other trees and bushes all got sickly looking and I realized it too late; I am an idiot. I expect to be sold what I pay for, not garbage. Everyone I have talked to about this told me that all five of my trees should have NEVER been sold.

For example, I purchased lettuce in March and had salad within two weeks and through July. Great products and they have winning attitudes sharing their knowledge freely.

Provided Miracle Grow dirt and watered lightly and each day the leaves became more limp while flower portion dried up to the point all 3 needed cutting back to perhaps save what appeared to be healthy root systems. Their prices are very reasonable. I always have the best luck with their plants, they take-off quickly and thrive. I can always find a few unique plants that I have never seen nor read about. So I made my way to Tony's to stock up and get started. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Prices vary from reasonable to very expensive but that's to be expected with such a grand variety. This last season I lost a couple of small grasses and a couple of lupine to the hot summer heat but everything else looks great. The large hanging baskets that I put into the large pots on my deck were my favorites. I'll be back in the spring for more things to beautify my yard.

They don't have a huge web presence, they don't have a farm stand, they don't have pre-picked carts of berries... What this place does have, and which is exactly what I wanted, was a large plot of mature blueberry bushes, full of berries, for a great price. When I went -- 7/24/16 -- the price was $1.60 a pound. This year it's near the end of the season but they told me their official season is "July / Aug". Today, many other u-pick blueberry joints were closed but this was open; I don't know why exactly, but it is near the end of the season. The phone number as reported by the other reviewer is correct -- 503-663-6123 -- and the address is not as yelp has it (which is probably the front entrance to the actual nursery???), but actually on: 30425 SE Haley Rd. Very convenient to Hwy 26. I did spot a porta-potty, but I didn't use it. This place is fairly minimal. They give you buckets, but you need to provide a box or other container to take them home in (I used a shoebox). Cash only -- not that it will take that much!

We wanted to share our palm tree experience (all Trachycarpus Fortunei) with whoever may be interested. Two years ago we planned/started our 2nd much larger palm tree oasis and saw the palms at our local big box home improvement retailer, so we purchased 12 of the palm trees. Last summer we added 7 palms from Palmscape. Our palms where all very well cared for with proper fertilizer, etc. keeping them green and growing strong. As most know, we had a long cold Winter in Portland Metro and we lost 11/12 of the palms we purchased from the "big box home improvement retailer" that we planted 2 years ago. All the Palmscape purchased Palms are alive and doing well! Yes, they are all the same Trachycarpus Fortunei variety. Please be aware, not all Palms are ready for our Oregon climate.
