In my request, I asked for an itemized statement of how much material will be and how much labor will be. The sales person told me oh we don't do that. I'm standing there thinking and saying well how do I know what I'm paying for? He stated the owner said you "can take it or leave it." Well let me tell you something owner, I don't do business that way. Apparently you do business with people who have so much money they don't care if they get screwed out of it without getting a kiss...I on the other hand do. I want to know what I'm paying for upfront whether it be $20k or 1M!
