I called to make the appointment and was able to be seen within the week. I immediately felt at home when I walked into his office the receptionist was very plesent and everybody in the waiting room had perfect teeth. My appointment went way better than expected and I found the dentist to be very personable and almost painless. I had several extractions of wisdom teeth done at this office and some cosmetic work and I am very happy with my smile and I am often stopped and complimented! All in all if your looking for a DDS check out Dr. Berry in Forrest City Ar.

I wish I could give zero stars as I have never felt so degraded by a health professional in my…read moreentire life. In fact, this is honestly the only time in my life I ever felt the need to publicly review a medical professional. He treated me like a child, like a bother, for having a major panic attack after his nurses blew not one, but two veins, trying to get an IV in. They stuck me three times after that, unsuccessfully, and I was a major pain and panicking. He came in and sarcastically said "so are we going home or what?". no compassion, no offer to help, no bedside manner at all. I told him politely no, I just didn't want to hurt anymore. My husband was holding my hand until the IV was done, because the nurses had told me that was fine. He was aware he had to leave right after. My husband is a very timid kind of guy, and was totally silent and not a problem, but this doctor barked at the nurses to "get him out of here". When I try to call the office to voice, my concerns about how I was treated, he was extremely sarcastic and spiteful on the phone and told me that he has a job to do and he wasn't there to "deal with my mental episode", meaning the panic attack I had. I have always had panic around IVs, and I've only ever had medical staff show me patience and kindness. I still had to pay almost $100 for this visit even though they couldn't do my procedure, the doctor offered no apology, and slam the phone down on me when I try to voice concerns. I'm just so appalled at how unprofessional and hateful this man was, for no reason again, this is the only time in my life I have rated a medical professional. It was really that bad.

I am not an ideal pt; I have dental anxiety and can barely keep it together once the sound of a drill is anywhere in my vicinity, but in this place I'm relaxed enough to just deal with it *without* the gas. I used to gas up for cleanings! So it's a big deal for me to go somewhere I feel comfortable. It's clean, the amenities are offered if you want them (chapstick, earplugs, pillows, etc.), pricing seems comparable to any other dentistry office and it's up front so you can choose if you want that root canal or not! ;)

I was referred to Dr Cox by a friend so I scheduled an appointment. After my x-ray he told me I…read moreneeded a front tooth to be removed and explained the process with the options to me. I had decided to get a implant because it was a front tooth. I had told him about my father going to Mexico because it was so much cheaper and I should have NEVER said that. After that they gave me the run around and cost me a lot of time in pain. If they would have been straight with me at the beginning it would have saved me from waiting in pain for so long. Long story short 3 weeks later I go back when the lady Leslie told me because Kim would never return my calls just to be told he wasn't willing to help me because of a "trust" issue. In other words he didn't want to make a $400 temporary if they weren't going to get the $4000 for the implant. This guy claims to be a Christian but he wasn't willing to help me get my tooth removed and out of pain because he couldn't make the big money of an implant procedure. Very bad business behavior and extremely unprofessional. All I ask is that he should have been honest at the start so I could have moved on to have my tooth fixed to minimize the time I was in pain.
