Friendly bar tender and cool open parklet for some afternoon drinking. Good time hanging out with my bud, enjoying the day and people watching. They serve beer in a can, which is good since we were walking back and forth from parklet to bar a lot! No spillage!

This is a fun pub and eatery drinking establishment that my wife and I stopped into while we were in San Francisco. The food was solid got a good cheeseburger had a Lotta good beer can't complain had a good atmosphere good music everything was fun

Fun tiny pub...dark and intimate as an Iriah pub should be. Prices reasonable and service good. Must go to bar as they only have one tender.

Ring hole game...

I grew up in this hood, always saw old drunk people stumbling out. When I was younger I was scared of what goes on in there..I saw old people doing secret knocks to get in at 7am...Oh hell no I'm not going in. I imagined a old dark dive bar with depressing people hanging around, you know like what you see in the movies! haha. My friend said, lets go!...I'm now 36 and it was my first time stepping foot into this scary place I imagined... Oh dang! It's not scary, or dark, they are super friendly and I am addicted to the string ring game! Cheap drinks compared to the rest of SF, cool bartender, mixed crowd, all friendly! I'll be back to win $50 prize ring string competition, I don't know the name of the game :)

Chill drinks for chilling :)

Cozy pub on the corner, the bartenders are literally the sweetest, occasional live music out front, no food served but plenty of nearby options to bring in

Decent bar to go to on Noriega Street. After everything is closed down, this place is poppin' because the other stores surrounding this bar is closed! What's really cool with this bar is that the drinks here are not overpriced at all. Pretty good vibe and atmosphere here. The only downside was that my boyfriend wasn't able to get a drink because he used his expired driver's license. I've been to bars that accepted expired licenses and this bar is the stricter one. I mean, yes the ID is expired but his birthday never changes... Also, the fact that the bartender was rude to us. She disregarded my party when we were there and gave condescending looks and responses. We didn't know why but we just got our drinks and never bothered about it.

A lovely Irish bartender greeted us, and we got some hearty Irish food to tide us over. I enjoyed the battered sausage, although it tasted more like a meatball with all the spices. My friend is gluten intolerant and got a Gluten Free BLT sandwich. We topped it off with a special, green dyed cocktail they had in honor of the holidays I really liked the bartender and the bar had a very homey vibe to it, with classic bar seats and locals inside who clearly love the character it adds to the neighborhood.

As a very long time vegitarian, and huge fan of veggibugers, living in San Francisco over 33 years I have searched high and low for veggiebugers...of all kinds...the Garden Burger, Impossible Burger, Beyond Burger (absolutely the best off the shelf burger available...and much healthier than the competition)...and Black Bean Burgers...a terrific option being made in house...most of them, though, require multiple napkins as they easily come apart...but that which can be had at Durty Nelly's does not suffer from that. And the Chips (Fries) are excellent as are their Superior Fish and Chips. And, importantly, they know how to draw a perfect pint of Guinness.

My buddy is a regular and knows the team that works here. This has been our go to place when I visit. Beers on tap, full bar, cocktail program, etc. Pool, darts, etc. Events - Bands, live music, etc. Happy hour available. But we always meet late at night as he is just too busy during the day and still has young kids. Atmosphere - Decent size neighborhood bar. Full bar, cocktails, wine, beer, etc. Quiet for a Friday night, which suits me just fine; actually, I prefer it that way. Open 7 days a week from noon till 2am, and we closed the bar, as usual (Yelp hours differ slightly). Events - See their website. Dart league, pool league, etc. Service - Good, not sure if she recognized me as a "regular" or because my buddy who is a regular and showed up later. Always able to open a tab or pay as you go. FYI - Free BBQ on select Sundays and munchies on select nights. Price - $80 + generous tip. Yes, we drink a lot. And could have even drank more. Actually very reasonably priced for SF, considering how many drinks we got today. Just noticed that I can buy pitchers?!?! That might save me a few $$ in the future, lol. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2013; we have been day one customers. And will still continue to be.

It was pretty empty when we went but we enjoyed the boozy milkshakes (the chocolate banana was super fun) and ended up sharing a scorpion bowl as well. It's super casual but still fun and generally nice place to grab a drink. I can see how this would be a good spot for a nightcap after dinner for a sweet booze drink.

The Glow-Up The "grandfather of tiki" finally went to rehab--and by rehab, I mean it actually got a scrub-down. The legendary grime has been replaced by bright floors, refreshed bamboo, and a bar top so clean you can actually see your pupils dilating after the second round. It's still a dive, but now it's a dive you can bring a date to without needing a tetanus shot. The Heavy Artillery The drinks are still served in bowls large enough to sustain a small village during a drought. Whether it's a Scorpion or a Mai Tai, the ratio of rum-to-juice remains aggressively in favor of the rum. It's tropical, it's blue, and it will have you reconsidering your career at the bank by 10:00 PM. The MVP Bartenders The real reason to crawl out to the Richmond? The bartenders. These absolute legends navigate the chaos with the speed of a high-frequency trader and the patience of a saint. They handle a room full of "one more bowl!" requests without breaking a sweat or losing their wit. The Verdict: It's the oldest tiki bar in SF, and it's finally stopped looking its age. Go for the booze, stay for the bartenders who actually know what they're doing.
