He asked what days worked and just let him schedule when he was available because my schedule was open. I show up 20 minutes early and wait in my car since no one was there. I message him about 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and he was at the DMV and said it was his day off. Mind you HE SCHEDULED the appointment. 3 hrs later he shows up. No apologies at all. Then after getting pretty simple tattoos that took less time than what I waited charged me 300 and they are not great.
