This was a few years ago but after seeing other reviews had to post. Messaged Isreal for 2 tattoos, one on each forearm. He asked what days worked and just let him schedule when he was available because my schedule was open. I show up 20 minutes early and wait in my car since no one was there. I message him about 10 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and he was at the DMV and said it was his day off. Mind you HE SCHEDULED the appointment. 3 hrs later he shows up. No apologies at all. Then after getting pretty simple tattoos that took less time than what I waited charged me 300 and they are not great. read more

I'm giving only one star because we felt was overpriced. He did a good job but it was a super expensive. I was so excited to show it around but I feel ashamed to say the price. It was my husband and I first tattoo. We paid $500 dollars for a tattoo that was made in less than 40 mins. The worst part is everyone we know keeps telling why we even paid that much money for our tattoos, Is something we will remember the rest of our life. I was so excited about it. The artist told us he was charging us 200 for each because it was going to take him 2 hours to 2h 30 mins each tattoo. Knowing he did way less time he still charged us the 200 dollars for each tattoo plus 100 dollars for 6 letters that he complained about. Totally not a good experience for a first tattoo. read more

Although the initial process was complicated, Pablo (recent arrival from Chile [IG: @neotradiv]) made the process simple for my mother. He made her feel welcome before the process began. He provided his account above to view as he created my mothers piece. The conversation and process was genuine and sincere. However, we had originally scheduled the appointment a week out and they had us rescheduled for the following day at a different time which was confusing and unclear. Furthermore, we had communicated with Israel on phone and in person about the tattoo. We believed he would do that tattoo. When we arrived we had asked and he redirected us without any clarity which made us feel unwelcome. Additionally towards the end of the tattoo, he interjected himself in the negotiation of the tattoo price without a chance to discuss privately with the artist. Overall, the strengths of the shop are the front desk person, Pablo, and clean environment. A place to improve is scheduling and conversing with the client with dignity. read more

I came back from Pullman for winter break and was really looking to get a couple of new piercings and tattoos and spontaneously walked into their shop and was AMAZED by all of the art and how elegant and artistic the shop looked but also how welcoming the staff was straight off the bat. Israel did both my nose piercing and tragus so quickly and effortlessly and Q did my rose tattoo on my rib cage efficiently and came out just as I had hoped. Sev at the front desk is so kind and welcoming. The entire experience was more than I could've hoped for. 10/10 would recommend. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! i went for a rook piercing today and the placed seemed sketch from the start. The piercer didn't even know what the piercing was and me and my friend had to correct him 3 times before he was about to pierce the wrong thing. No preparation or sanitation happened, he had to pierce my ear twice because the first time he did it wrong. After the first time i was literally in shock and my whole body was shaking blood was pouring down my ear and my friend told him to stop and that we did not want to continue with the pericing. He said no and pushed my head back on the chair and continued to shove the needle in my ear. I have 11 piercings and have never experienced something as horrible as this shop. Would not recommend to anyone. read more

One of the worst shops you could ever go to. The piercer put the wrong size bar in my ear and I didn't know until I had to go back to get a different bar. Reason I went back was because while I was sleeping, the ball that screws into my bar unscrewed. MY EAR WAS NATURALLY PUSHING IT OUT BECAUSE THE BAR WAS TOO SMALL!!!! I went back and thats when a different piercer told me that it was the wrong size bar. Not only that, but they pierced my ear WRONG!!! one of the worst places ever. All other tattoo shops and barber shops have also told me that this place was SHIT. They had clients go in their exact shop because of terrible work that badder ink did. DO NOT GO IN HERE!! yesterday i came in to get my tattoo fixed and he was extremely nice. he fixed my tattoo by covering it up with some hibiscus flowers and it looks beautiful! i can't wait for it to heal so i can see it all finished. he was very professional during the time he was tattooing me and even had conversation about life which was distracting me from the pain hahah i'll definitely be back again for another tattoo!! thank you again and i appreciate everything you did to make it right!!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! My girlfriend went and got her first tattoo from the "owner" of this shop, not only does the tattoo look like crap but she was charged 600 dollars for 2 hours of tattoo work. She hates the tattoo and was over charged because they were rushing to get it finished by closing time. She told them it was her first tattoo and they did not even tell her how to care for it. Customer service seems to be lacking. I think something needs to be done about this. Reimburse some of her money or something. Maybe go over the tattoo and fix it, I don't know , but this is unacceptable! read more

They were really good abt getting us in and what I wanted was simple and easy. I called this place to schedule an appointment just for it to be canceled on me, but I'm thankful they canceled it on me since the owner "Israel Badder" has quite the record. A friend of mine let me know this definitely wasn't the place to go. My friend and I went in to get my septum peirced and her rookie peirced. It was an excellent experience until he started peircing. He didn't even feel for my bull he just went for it and it took him more than a minute to push the needle through my nose. He did it so slowly and was twisting it. I just thought he had trouble getting it through and didn't think much of it until I got home and looked in the mirror and saw that one side was way higher in the nose than the other side. He went through at an angle and went through my cartilage. It so uneven I have to take it out and let it heal so I can get it done correctly. Now for my friends ear, they used the wrong jewelry and did it was too shallow. Her ear has been swollen and pulsating ever since she got it. absolutely terrible experience for both me and my friend. workers were very unfriendly and made us both feel very uncomfortable. my friend wanted a simple rook piercing on her ear and he didn't even know what it was and tried to pierce something different multiple times before i stopped him and told him it was wrong. he continued to not even disinfect the tools or her ear and jab a needle into it with no warning what do ever. he had to pierce it 2 times. blood was literally pouring down her ear and she was in complete shock and was shacking terribly. we asked him to stop and he said no and pushed her head back on the seat to continue. it was terrible to watch i had to leave the room because i thought i was going to pass out watching it all go down. absolutely terrible experience. he seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. very unprofessional. if i could i would give this place 0 star. please go anywhere else worst experience ever. read more
