We've all used gas stations that have left us less than satisfied but I can't say I have a single complaint about here. The giant touch screens at the pumps are pretty cool. They're super easy to navigate & the text display can be seen from around the corner. They're also kept in really nice condition; I see the employees outside actively wiping them down often. Whether it's outside by the pumps or inside the convenience store, this place is kept as spotless as a gas station can be. Orion & Downstairs are basically interchangeable as they share the same address. Orion is specifically for fuel but it can be grouped with the Downstairs convenience store, as well. The employees are the same for both & they're always very friendly. You definitely notice the difference when you visit here over your standard gas station. In true south Florida fashion, they serve a great cafe con leche & cafecito. They also have Boars Head products & make a mean sub. Honestly, the Cuban sandwich shouldn't be missed. Gas prices stay consistent with the times & I've noticed occasionally it'll be cheaper here than elsewhere. The main thing is the quality & I've never been let down. They know what they're doing here on all ends & do it well.

When it comes to gas, it's pretty self explanatory. This location is always priced fairly in comparison to other gas stations in the area. The pumps are kept in good condition & in the many years I've been coming I've never grabbed onto a grimy/sticky handle like I have at other places. There's been a handful of occasions I've actually seen the employees outside cleaning the pumps & the surrounding area where the trash cans are located. Also, this is the only gas station I've seen with fully touch screen pumps which has always been kind of cool. Even though it might sound crazy because Downstairs isn't as well known as other gas stations that sell sandwiches (like Wawa, for example), I have to say their food is great. Most of the time I visit there's at least 1 or 2 people ordering food which is a good sign that they're constantly turning product. Everything in the cases look fresh & I know first-hand from eating it, it is. Sometimes the wait could be a little long because the food prep station isn't the biggest, but that's usually never an issue for the most part. My favorite thing to order from here is the Cuban sandwich. From the toasted bread, to the melted Swiss, to the large portions of meat, it's consistent no matter who's making it. Carrying Boars Head products is a nice touch which really helps make their sandwiches top notch! It should also be mentioned that their staff is typically friendly which makes coming here enjoyable. There are too many places that have workers who seem to dread their jobs, but that isn't the case for Downstairs.

Not a good experience…read more I would stay away from this station. 1. The Walmart discount app says that this station participates in their program. The pumps do NOT connect to the app as designed. Don't expect your .10 of per gallon as promised. 2. You cannot get a receipt for your gas, at the pump. You have to wait in a long line to get your receipt from the cashier. The clerk, behind the counter, told me that the paper keeps jamming. I seem to expect more from a 7-11, I guess I should not. The only thing I can think of is poor management. I do not have issues like this at other 7-Eleven locations. This is a constant problem at this store.

It's very easy to pull in and out and it has multiple entrances so it's easy to get to as well! The staff inside is usually friendly and I haven't ever dealt with a worker that seems to not want to be there. The price for gas is decent but it's the same as everywhere else around, especially with everything going on. The station is always clean and easy to get started with the filling because the pumps always seem very fast with taking and reading your card! They also have a Amazon locker that you can pick up and place returns in incase you want to get your packages delivered here if you go out of town! An all around great gas station with friendly staff!
