I looked at that to calulate to be 65 an hour but you need to make sure you read the email they send. You are going to be charged 65 an hour per person. I had 2 techs with one in training. They work total 5 hours so it came to 650.00. Which means you are paying 130 hour for 2 people. It would have been nice to see that break down on the estimate invoice. You are paying 65 per person an hour for cleaning. From the invoice I thought I was paying 65 an hour for 2 people. I would have not moved forward if I understood it better the price was too high. Lesson learned read everything and ask questions so you totally understand what your cost will be.

Their website says to text them, so I did to ask for a quote while I waited for other company quotes as well. It was less than a week ahead of time so I didn't have a lot of hope anyone would be available. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in. At the time of me texting them and planning the schedule, they were dealing with a health emergency of one of their employees, so some responses were delayed but they were very transparent about their situation and I appreciated the honesty despite it being stressful at times from being so up in the air, and involving a couple reschedules. From my experience it seems like HRC may be more a group of freelance cleaners as opposed to a uniformed cleaning company with their own van kind of thing (which probably saves you money because of less overhead). Carah was the cleaner who came in her own car with her own cleaning supplies, and for the second half of her shift brought an assistant to make sure they finished within the agreed-upon time span (sorry did not get her name). Carah asked if it was okay first and did not charge me extra. They split up the remaining work and were very thorough. In the kitchen they got the oven and microwave squeaky clean, and the bathroom cleans were so thorough she even asked for a screwdriver to unscrew the ceiling vents for a proper dust cleaning. I would have never thought to do that but i really made a difference. They did have to borrow a few things like the mop, broom, and vacuum, which was no biggie, but if you don't have those items you should confirm with them ahead of time. I didn't expect her to take a full hour break in the middle of what was supposed to be a 4-5 hour shift, and after being over an hour late to arrive. I realize I was a stressed out mess from moving, and of course I wanted her to take a break because I'm not a monster.. I just didn't expect her to be gone that long and it made the already delayed shift last even longer. But she didn't charge me much extra for the extra time or the extra person, and when the other person forgot to do the inside of the fridge, she offered to come back as early as the same night or give me some money back (which I didn't do, just appreciated the offer). Overall, they did a good job.

Back in November 2024, we received a…read morecall from Victoria Davidson requesting a clean-out at Vintage at Chehalis Senior Apartment Homes. We provided an estimate based on the pictures sent via email. Once on-site, we quickly realized the scope of work was far more extensive than anticipated. The job required significantly more labor, as it was on the third floor with only stair access, making removal much more difficult and time-consuming. To reflect the actual volume, weight, and labor involved, we adjusted the invoice accordingly. After submitting the revised invoice, Victoria refused to pay, stating it exceeded the original estimate. She showed no compassion or understanding of the intensiveness of the job, despite the clear increase in labor and difficulty. In an effort to maintain good client relationships and uphold our integrity, we decided to take the loss and issued an invoice for the original estimate instead. Even after numerous attempts to collect payment, NobleWest LLC has refused to pay their outstanding invoice. We are writing this review as a warning to contractors, real estate agents, and businesses--proceed with caution when working with NobleWest LLC. Their lack of professionalism, refusal to acknowledge the realities of the job, and unwillingness to pay for services rendered is unacceptable. We highly advise others to reconsider doing business with them.
