I had left my car in the Pep boys of Levittown, Puerto Rico so they could fix the brakes for my…read morecar. When I left them my car, they finished fixing the brakes but the employee that was dealing with my car left the bolts loose for the tire rim of my car and the employee ended up crashing my car right there in Pep boys when he was taking the car out of the garage. That is complete negligence on their part because they crashed my car completely and also I could've ended up in an accident if they would have given me my car like that with the bolts loose. It's their job to make sure everything in my car is completely safe and secure after they're done fixing it but they failed to do so. The employee of Pep boys ended up crashing the front part of my car in the area of the driver's seat. They damaged the wheel, tire, rim, dented completely the side of my car, damaged the brakes, damaged the drivers door, and damaged the car module (which they didn't want to fix knowing that it was their fault by crashing my car). This all happened 2 weeks ago and they said that my car would already be fixed by now but they haven't done anything about it yet. They said they need another 2 weeks to get it done. They haven't done anything to my car yet they have it over there still crashed and damaged. My mother went in person to Pep Boys to know why they have taken so long and has there been a delay on fixing the car. But when she went to Pep Boys my mother received threats from an employee named Gladys from customer service. The employee, Gladys, threatened my mother and told my mother if she wanted to go outside and fight. I cannot believe the behaviour/attitude that these Pep Boys employees have. First they crashed my car completely and then they threatened my mother. This is ridiculous. It got to the point where all the other employees had to go and stop the employee Gladys from wanting to fight my mother. After all that when we were heading out of Pep Boys the employee Gladys threatened us a second time on the way out. All this happened in front of the assistant Janice. The manager of Pep Boys Maria Vasos said that she would be in charge of helping my case but she has done absolutely nothing about it and has gone on vacation now. This business doesn't deserve a single star review. Didn't even help us out by giving us a rented car while they fixed our car. They also gave my mom emotional damage by threatening my mother to fight. This all happened in the Pep Boys of Levittown, Puerto Rico, 00949. Also the manager Carlos Reyes didn't do absolutely nothing about our situation. We drove 1 hour to his office because he told us to go over there and he didn't even appear to help with our case. Everyone has been very unprofessional in this Pep Boys.
