Funeral home said there was no delivery from me. Texted Florist One and received another text acknowledging that YES they were delivered as ordered. Called back the funeral home; gentleman even asked me for a picture of arrangement so he went to go look. NO DELIVERY. Called 'customer service Florist ONE". They CONTRACT out to local florist and WOULD NOT ID that florist. Had I not gone to the funeral home; I would have taken their word that my order had been PAID and DELIVERED...as they stated. DO NOT DO the same mistake I did. I ONLY hope that my refund is DELIVERED!!!
