We had a HUGE…read moreshrub job consisting of approximately 25 yards of hedges which required cutting sides and tops cut about 2 feet down. Very tight area next to pool enclosure. In addition, we had an extremely tall overgrown tree where limbs were extending too close over our roof and electrical service lines. Rob was our point person. Came out and gave us a quote promptly. Workers arrived straightaway and dutifully cut down the shrubs and tree limbs in record time. They had to work on our neighbor's side, and conversed with him accordingly. Even the owner of American Tree came out to ensure proper handling of our job. We were so IMPRESSED! At completion, all debris was cleaned up and cleared. The property was so clean, It looked as though they were never here! EXCEPTIONAL job! EXTRAORDINARY service! We will definitely use this company again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was so thankful, considering that the home is in Florida, but I'm in Texas. Having the peace of mind, that they would go out and remove this tree, so it wouldn't fall on my home, was such a relief! They squeezed me in for the next morning, and called me when they were on their way to the property, gave me an estimate over the phone, and performed the work! It was such a smooth process!!!! Austin responded promptly to our request on Yelp and provided us with an excellent quote for his services. He provided us with many photos for FEMA of the damage done and stayed in constant communication with my wife about this project. I wish all businesses were as professional and courteous as Austin and his crew. They did an excellent job at carefully removing the trees and hauled away the debris. Not only that, but they tacked down a large tarp on the roof of the home to protect the roof from further weather damage and trimmed up a nearby palm tree at no cost. Could you ask for anything more??? I don't think so. Hopefully, we will not be subject to another storm like Milton, but there is no doubt that if we need his services, we will be calling Austin's Tree Service. You should too!!

I explained that I have just one magnolia that has gotten out of hand, and needed to be pruned, and shaped. He said he'd come out the next day, (Saturday) to look at the tree, and give me a quote. Now I'm thinking, "Yeah, right, he's just appeasing me, he'll never come out on a Saturday to bid on a one tree job, let alone even bother to dispatch a crew to do the job" I've heard that BS too many times before. Well, he DID show up, and quoted me a very reasonable price, AND said the crew would be at my house the following Monday. Ok, ok, ok, we'll se what Monday brings...I'm still skeptical, SO many times I've had yard work scheduled with other tree companies, and they no-show. Well, Monday comes, and so does the entire ATG crew, with the boss, two hours early! I was impressed with their professionalism, and the quality of their work. I love how my magnolia looks now, and my yard looks like they were never even there! Thanks Matt, you, and your guys are the best.
