I moved back to Rhode Island in September looking for short-term work while finding the right permanent position. Scott gave me an assignment at the Rhode Island Convention Center for a few days that helped me pay a few bills. He wasn't the best at emailing back, but to be fair, I also could have been more aggressive in calling him asking about new opportunities. Everyone in the office was very pleasant. I'm open to more short-term assignments with them, even though I recently found a full-time permanent job.

Not impressed at all. At first this temp agency makes you feel welcomed and makes you feel like…read morethey're on your side to help you, and that's where all my good stuff ends. I had went into the office to speak with a staffing agent, we had an interview she got all my details and etc etc. She told me she would reach out and that never happened. So I assume okay she got busy, so I go to check in, now I get another person who assured me they would help me, and keep in contact. They do get paid to find work for us who are seeking work. Yet again another person missing in action. So I ask again what's the problem why do they go weeks without reaching out after they mention jobs they can get you and you don't hear from them. They don't really care to find you a job, and when they send you emails there's like 3 people CC'ed on it, and it always says " REPLY ALL" every single time. I think this is very unprofessional, I don't want to speak to several people constantly because that's how they can't keep up, and you have to repeat yourself and start from scratch. I've brought this up to them before telling them to please remain in contact or stop wasting my time and each time they assure they will stay in contact or contact you on " this day" and it never happens. This has been happening for months. I've never experienced this with any temp agency only this one. Unfortunately, I thought the place was promising but the professionalism is not there. Nice way to advocate for people who really need work.

They got me a permanent job. A good one with 40 or more hours everh week. Talkto Des shes the best. And on top of that shes really cool.
